As per agreement delivery must be at our doorstep but he put it on downstairs, we asked him to take it upstairs but he didn’t. It was totally unfair and unfriendly behavior

Poor quality training bench with stand
I ordered a training bench with stand, including wheights.Construction and materials are cheap and looks like you are compeeting with wish or temu on quality , but with higher price than those mentioned above.The weight bar is too short for the stand , and therefore it is imposibble to have weights on the weight bar while the bar stays on the stand.Weight itself looks like plastic enclosures filed with either sand or cement, some of them seems uneven filled , or the plastic is just bended .In total It took almost one month to recive all 3 packages, on wich one wass lost, and have it sended again. My initial score wass 1 star but because i recive my goods finaly and an ok ish.. customer service , I give you 2 ☆.At the end, next time I will think twice before buiyng here, as , may save a little money , but because poor quality build , cant use like it was designed to be used.

Delivery was just a scam. Whole day, i was at home. But nobody came and at the end of the day i was said to pick up somwhere far from me by myself. I contacted them but they said they came and nobody was there. The next day also they said the same. This is just a scam. Other deliveries are coming but from here always a excuse. 0 stars from ny side😡😡😡

I have ordered a terrace pavilion, the worst quality pavilion possible and far from the pictures they had on the website!
It came from VidaXL (first shock as if I wanted it from VidaXL, I would have ordered it from there), with extremely thin material, and the worse quality. With a huge gap between the front legs and back legs of 30cm, it was not stable at all. I ended up fixing it with some bricks on the shorter legs, because, with such a poor-quality material, it was moving from all directions. I made this decision because otherwise, I could not used it at all. I was warned by one person from customer service that with the bricks adjustment the stability of the product would be affected. :D Little did they know, that without the bricks the "stability" was none, as the professionals I hired to assemble it had very difficult times. In the description, it also said that it has 3mx3m in length and width, measurement taken where the product is at maximum height and width. I had another surprise as the correct measurement is 2.75m x2.70m.
If I wanted to return the product, I needed to pay for the return...wow, so disappointing.
I do not recommend buying from them!
I will also contact the Consumer Complaints Board, as I have never experienced this situation in Denmark.

The height difference is shown the product pictures, and the measurement height, width and length are taken where product is at maximum height, width and length. The worst shopping experience by far
The worst shopping experience by far. I bought a shelf from them. It arrived timely. However, the shelf was of terrible manufacture: The structure was curved, the wood was chipped in several places and full of splinters. Most seriously, there were nails in sight in several places. It was not only a poor product but it was also dangerous. To return the shelf they even charged me as if "I had changed my mind on the product". I would have not changed my mind if they had checked the product before selling it. It was hazardous. Stay away, shop somewhere else.

i have a very bad experience with this…
i have a very bad experience with this website, i have ordered a bedside table, when i opened the packaging the item was damaged, i have reported this to customer service and instead of handling the case they went into investigating it…so i seemed like i was the cause of the damage? what exactly needed to be investigated i am not sure as item clearly was damaged. so the way they handled the case is very insulting… i have suggested to send me a new one instead of refund but they have arranged the pick up of the item and still haven’t confirmed if i would get my money back…
