I ordered Bombas underwear for my daughter for Christmas and was so excited to give her something I believed was great quality. However, after wearing the underwear only a couple of times, they are n... See more

I dont care how socially conscious and how they "performing is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS TO SELL 7 PAIR OF SOCKS FOR 85.00. Ripping off people silly enough to purchase.
Avoid Bombas like the plague.
I was never a huge fan. I received some as gifts and they never lasted long, getting holes pretty quickly. But I wanted to try their compression. They were decent, but got holes so I wanted to replace. It was easy to do online but there was nowhere to change the address. I’ve moved and I emailed immediately but only got AI bots in response. It was infuriating getting the same or similar replies to all my different and direct questions. Then I was ghosted. So I reached out two more times and finally got someone else who instead of just changing my address on the order, gave me a gift card. Which was fine except what I paid for the socks in the exchange was much less than if I used a gift card?!? So in order for me to not pay, I had to order only half the amount of socks. What an AI nightmare of auto responses and gaslighting. I felt like I was going insane and I’m still so pissed. Now instead of just not being my fav socks, I’m actively telling people to avoid this company like the plague.
The calf sock is horrible
The calf sock is horrible. Very tight and painful to wear. I wore the socks for 3 hours and had marks on my legs for 2 days. I tried to contact customer service via email but received no response. I suggest buying Pacas socks.
Great Socks, Tough Price 😬🧦
Bombas socks are genuinely comfortable—soft, well-cushioned, and thoughtfully designed with arch support and a seamless toe. They feel premium and the brand’s buy-one-give-one donation mission is a nice touch. 👍
The downside is the price. At roughly $14–$22 per pair, they’re extremely expensive for everyday socks. When you need several pairs, the cost adds up fast.
There are comparable alternatives out there. For example, Quince offers similar cushioned socks at roughly half the price, which makes Bombas harder to justify from a value standpoint.
Bottom line: excellent comfort and mission, but the pricing feels steep for what you get. 💸
Ordered underwear
Ordered underwear. 5 out of 6 came. Got stuck with automated response multiple days. Acted like the package came. No one called to clarify.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I had a pair of their socks that the toes wore through the front so I attempted to contact them under their happiness guarantee that they would be replaced. When I called their number it said, we're not accepting phone calls, Go to the bombas/help site which I did and it said site unavailable. so in other words they make it impossible for you to actually return a bad pair of socks. worthless customer service
Horrible customer service
Absolutely love the products. The customer service is horrific. It would take me an hour to write out the saga that has gone down. But I basically ordered a pair of slippers with a gift card. They never arrived. I reached out and they told me they were out of stock and they would refund me. It’s been months and I’m still waiting on my gift card code. After so much back and forth, I sent a really stern email a few days ago and today I finally received the gift card code (which is supposed to be for $85) but instead it was for $6.63. The amount of emails I’ve had to send back and forth is so incredibly ridiculous. They never really respond to the specific questions I’m asking, just give general responses. I genuinely feel like I’m being trolled at this point. So incredibly disappointing. Bombas needs to completely overhaul the customer service team they are using.
Great performance!
Tried them for a long day and had absolutely no issues. Very comfy and cushioned!
Bombas socks are comfortable, but too many holes within just a few months
Bombas socks are very comfortable, but I have never had as many holes in the toe area as I have had with these socks. (Yes, I clip and file my toenails regularly.) I recently learned that they replace socks that develop holes—curious offer for a brand that is so expensive. Who wants to mess with that? I am going back to my former sock brand: a little less comfortable, much less pricey, rarely any holes.
I ordered 5 things at beginning of…
I ordered 5 things at beginning of January. One piece said it shipped but never arrived. Then they said they would send another one. They credited the other 4 items that didn't ship. The item they shipped the second time didn't arrive either so they credited the item but I was shorted $50.00 from what they originally charged me and told them it was an issue with my back even though I showed them the charge and the credits. I have never had such bad service. I WOULD TELL EVERYONE NEVER TO ORDER FROM HERE
Full Payment but No PRODUCT?
Company oversells their stock and does not communicate with customers with backorders. Order was placed on January 6- its Feb 22 and still no sign of the order.... they still took FULL payment without even fulfilling the order
Wrong order sent, long shipping time
I ordered 1 pair of compression socks, took 10 days to arrive and I opened the package and it’s 5 pairs of ankle socks….ridiculous! Do not buy from this company.
Avoid…terrible customer service
Avoid at all costs…terrible customer service. I ordered Bombas Sunday slippers. When they finally arrived (nearly two weeks) they were far too small (I’m a standard size 5) On the product page the policy clearly states free returns for all items. I tried to initiate a return and it didn’t work. I contacted cut service who said they’d look into would look into the issue and help me. I’ve heard nothing since. I’ll likely need to reclaim my money via my bank. Woeful experience!
There is no customer service only chatbots
There is no customer service. There are only chatbots. Click on the links for FAQs, Help, Returns and all you get are blank pages. Literally. There's nothing there.
Although the socks (what I ordered) were pricey ($22/pair) I trusted the You Tuber (Jenna Phipps) that recommended them. BIG mistake. Received them yesterday, 16 February.
This is the 2nd company she's recommended that I know for a fact is less than above board. Called her out on the first one. Too bad I didn't look here first.
I bought 10 pair similar quality socks on Amazon for $20 (free shipping with Prime) got them in 2 days. Donated 5 pair to a local homeless shelter.

The no shows are advertised as the sock that finally stays on! Sadly they don’t, they slip off the heel in about 5 steps, don’t waste your money if your after a no show that stays on. Sadly the search continues
What the heck happened to this company?
What the heck happened to this company? I used to love this brand and recommend them all the time. Never again. This is not some small little shop located on an isolated mountain, it is a big company! Inexcusable shipping and customer service practices. Another company misunderstanding that AI can be a tool to AID real people, but cannot replace people. I am so offended they have a bot autoresponding to people, posing as a customer service representative. I will be filing a dispute.
Issues with quality, fulfillment and tracking info
Update: it took 2 weeks to get the package during which it was impossible to find tracking info. I am now downgrading from 2 stars to 1 star: big holes in one merino wool sock...
They definitely have problems with their fulfillment and shipping process. I posted a negative review here a couple of months ago, but decided to give them another chance since they offered me a credit to make up for my previous experience.
So, I reordered items back in inventory. Now waiting after a week to know if it has shipped. Tracking number provided doesn't link to to any information.Sent a message and was told to trust that it has shipped, I will get a notice for tracking at some point - but cannot tell when.
Too bad, I love the compression socks but will not order again.
They’ll take your money and not ship the product
I ordered a pair of slippers for my boyfriend and realized almost 2 weeks later that all I had received was an order confirmation. When I reached out to them they informed me that what I had ordered was out of stock. They offered me a gift card or a refund. If I hadn’t reached out they would have just kept my money and never shipped the product????? Bad business.
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service - it is all driven by bots apparently. Their website clearly states orders ship the same day but that isn't true. My order shipped 5 days later and is lost in transit from their facility to USPS and I keep getting "here's a link to show your status. They tout 100% customer happiness but they should say 1%. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company as clearly they cannot tell me where my order is but were happy to hit my card.
