Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered several things and a partial order shipped after 2 weeks. The rest has still not shipped and it was already supposed to be here. You can't call them as the phone isn't set to take messages or connect to a person - it just hangs up. And my emails bounce back. Never again!

Order Unfulfilled

I've ordered from Bombas in the past & have been pleased. However, I placed an order 11/28/25 & still haven't received. Any contact, can only be made with them thru email. They offer very generic canned responses. I will not order from them again. Trying to call only gets "we aren't accepting calls at this time". Supposedly, they have a Happiness Team - ha! There's no happiness with any sort of resolution

Never again

Tragic I ordered it on December 10 got one email saying it’s gonna be late for Christmas,but they haven’t even come close to shipping it so I have no idea when my $85 slippers are gonna get here. It’s OK I wanna cancel it through my credit card and probably get them for free so who’s laughing now?

Missed delivery can’t get cancellation/refund

Ordered multiple items with delivery presented as 12/10/25 for Christmas gifts.

They sent 1 pair of socks. No update on the slippers, baby socks, additional socks.

Reached out to customer service, got an AI generated response… (sorry, we have high order volume, here’s links to our store, FAQ).

Sent 3 follow up emails asking for a cancellation and refund + a return shipping label.

Nothing. Nothing from their customer care team, no confirmation.

My husband ordered slippers for me…

My husband ordered slippers for me December 4th he just received an email that they didn’t have enough inventory and he wouldn’t receive them, 3 days before Christmas. I’m glad but feel bad for him, I would never want him spending that outrageous amount of money on a pair of slippers, very bad customer service. Never would order from this place.

Ordered slippers about 4 weeks ago. After generic emails with coupons and apologies, they just canceled by order. Their reason, "we do not have enough stock to fulfill your order". Really, 1 pair of slippers. Embarrassing. I don't care how comfortable they are.

Worst customer service experience ever

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on November 30th, and by December 15th, I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I called and they couldn't explain why my order never shipped. By that point the item I had ordered was out of stock, so I had to choose a different one which they placed with priority shipping. I few days go by and I again don't receive a shipping confirmation. A team member reaches out saying there is something wrong with my address, asking if I can confirm that it's listed correctly. It was. I responded the same day stating that the address they had listed was correct, and then didn't hear anything for another 3 days. I sent 3 follow-up emails with no response. On the fourth day the same team member sent me another email asking that I get back to them regarding the address, even though I had already confirmed it was correct multiple times. I called numerous times with no answer, and no one ever answered any of my emails. I eventually got ahold of them by phone and cancelled the order entirely, requesting a refund. Possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend ordering from Bombas.

Ordered from then on Black Friday…

Ordered from then on Black Friday waited weeks and each week they apologized and said the order would be delayed and just now been informed they couldn’t complete my order and sent me a refund back Its been a month and it’s supposed to be a Christmas gift for a family member! And I keep getting text messages about their special offers and it’s the most annoying thing when I couldn’t even get the item I originally ordered

Can’t call them!

Can’t call them!! Why? I ordered a Christmas gift on the 10th, STILL NOT HERE!! I have reached out many times and have gotten mixed responses! One said on the 18th, it has shipped. Then today 21st said it had not shipped yet!! WHAT THE HECK!! 😳

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. From actually placing the order to it finally being partially fulfilled after a Christmas delivery promise gone wrong. Everything about this process is painful. I would never ever recommend them and can't say that loud enough.

Same Delivery Woes

I am in the same boat here as everyone else. I placed an order 12/14 and was given a delivery date of 12/20, but instead the tracking information shows no delivery date available and the order has not even been picked up yet by USPS. I ordered different socks from Darn Tough and received them on time and from now on I will stick with them.

Still waiting after 5 weeks..

My order was confirmed and given a tracking label number on 11/16/25. On 12/14/25, I reached out via email to the company asking about my order. I did receive a response from the Customer Happiness Team at Bombas that said my order was still processing and would receive an email when it shipped. I was also told that if I needed it by a certain date that a new order could be done with expedited shipping. ( What difference does expedited shipping make if after all this time the order has not shipped?)
I was told that I could cancel the order and receive a refund. No concern from the Happiness team that the order was a month old..

I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt and wait and see. It has been a week and no shipping email.

I replied to the email to cancel and refund. Will see what comes of it.

There full of shit. I ordered 2 pair of slippers on dec5 and still haven't got them. I haven't even got a tracking number. They hadn't even shipped yet.i ordered 2 pair not 200. Should never take that long. Then I get a email saying they should be here on the 19th..haven't got slippers a tracking number or anything. But they got my money just stupid.

Won’t order again due to poor handling of order

I wish I had viewed this site before I placed my order. Placed it on 12/10 thinking plenty of time to receive by Christmas but still no shipping notice on 12/20. When I emailed several days ago they offered a $15 gift certificate on next order for the delay -I will not be using the gift certificate as will never order from them again. Very disappointed in service and communication. Ordered set with compression socks and slippers in a bag.

Ordered 5 pairs of slippers early…

Ordered 5 pairs of slippers early November with emails order processing and might be separate deliveries. Then late November email stating order is delayed here is a gift card for future orders. Then heard nothing and emailed and got a return email stating no later than 12/16. 12/16 no slippers I tried calling got message that they were not taking calls. I emailed again and this time they cancelled and refunded because items out of stock. Ordered 7-8 weeks back and now 12/19 they saying all 5 items are out of stock? I emailed them again saying not a pleasant experience and more than 24 hours later got a mail demon saying mail box is full! Making an educated guess many other consumers having similar experience.

This company offers cute socks that you wont get

This company offers cute socks that may never arrive and abominable customer service. I order socks a month before Christmas (4 weeks ago) and they have never been shipped. The Customer service phone number is a voice message. The latest email from them told me that now several products I ordered are out of stock. The only way to contact them is through email. So, there will be no Bombas for Christmas and I will never order from them again.

I made an almost $300.00 order at the…

I made an almost $300.00 order at the end of Nov / early December. That order was never delivered and I kept getting emails saying sorry…with discount codes. About that time an extended member of fam was hospitalized so my attention was elsewhere. I made a couple of smaller orders and received but asked if I could get at least a partial order but they gave some excuse. I am so disappointed and now trying to scramble to get Christmas gifts. I even tried the gift certificate codes to reorder but the codes were invalid….this is just unacceptable. I also admit I have been unable to tend closely to account, but I ordered and thought was good.
