Unacceptable frustrating process
Unacceptable frustrating process. I ordered on December 5th and as of December 20th there’s no sign of my package being shipped and no responses to the three attempts emailed to their support contact. After this entire process I will make sure to never support this company if they cannot even handle something so simple such as order processing or responding to support issues with shipping, etc. Do yourself a favor and look for other reasonable items similar to Bombas that can handle things correctly and efficiently.

Buyer beware, don't not order
This is the first time I've been scammed online, I want to warn everyone from ordering from Bombas they are taking orders and not delivering products. I took the $76 loss for my daughter’s gift but I hope this review will help others. This company has no customer service department all lies!!!
Customer service is awful
I like Bombas socks, but the company's customer service (always a little slow) has recently deteriorated. I placed an order on November 28; and, after 10 days, I inquired about when it would ship. I received a reply that didn't answer my question. The order shipped a few days later via UPS. I had chosen standard shipping which, in the past has been via the USPS. I receive mail at a P.O. box. The Bombas system should have recognized that UPS doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes. The order has now been returned to Bombas, and I have submitted multiple inquiries without any response. The most frustrating aspect about Bombas' customer service is that there is no way to speak with a person. The company doesn't take any phone calls or provide a chat function on its website. In my opinion the vendor of a premium product like Bombas should provide decent customer service.
They take orders then ghost
I placed an order for 3 pairs of slippers on 12/8. As of 12/19, I have not received a shipping notification. Customer service is non-existent. No phone support, emails are ignored and when they do reply it’s just boilerplate nonsense that my order is “in production”. They have $220 of my money, I don’t have Xmas gifts for my family and they don’t care. I won’t ever buy from this company again.
Horrible Service - Do Not order online from them
Ordered November 28, 2025. They sent an email saying there would be a delay, which wasn’t concerning at that point as I had a month. Made several attempts to contact them. If you are lucky enough to respond, the typical answer is it’s in the warehouse. My point is if you can’t fulfill orders, then do not take them. Impossible to contact them. Now any emails that I send, don’t go through. I receive an email in return saying ‘undeliverable’ due to high volume of emails. Reading these reviews, we are all in the same boat. They post an 800 # but that is useless. You will never speak to a human. I have asked for a refund 3 times, and I get no response.
AI customer service sucks
AI customer service sucks. there is no way to talk to an actual human. they will just throw gift cards at you. i ordered on 11/15 and I don't think I will get what I ordered by Christmas. :(
Order Missing
Ordered November 23rd. Still no updates re shipping. Customer service originally helpful and missing order re sent. The reorder has now vanished or never left the warehouse, no one knows.

Good Comeback after Huge Disappointment
I would like to update this review. It is true that their shipping got out of control over Christmas, as previously reviewed, and customer service was slammed and didn't respond well. However, they have done everything to make this right, including refunding my money, telling me I can keep the items when they are finally back in stock and shipped, AND giving me a gift card. I would say, even with the problems they had over the holidays, that this is great customer service!

Items were ordered on December 1 and promised to arrive Dec 5. It is now Dec 19 and items have not shipped. Multiple contacts have been made with the company to cancel the order and return my money but this has not been done - I spent a total of $320 on the items and would like to have it back! I posted a review regarding this on their website and it has never appeared. Apparently they only post their positive reviews - or make up their own. I have previously had decent luck with this company, and know they are probably swamped with Christmas, but every other company I've ordered from has honored their shipping promises, or at the very least been honest about any delays. Very disappointed that Bombas can't be honest about whatever is going on with this company.

I ordered a couple of sets of socks for Christmas gifts. I ordered them November 11th, I thought early enough to avoid any Christmas rush. I was also charged for them November 11th. I have yet to receive them. I have tried to get in touch with customer service. Of course you cannot get a human being. I have sent several e-mails and just get a computer reply. No help resolving the issue. To add insult to injury there is always a link in the reply e-mails if I want to buy more socks!
A SCAM at this stage !
All the telltale signs are now there that Bombas is either in Bankruptcy or about to be there. Firstly they now appear to be shipping products that are very poor quality indicating they are just getting rid of product that failed inspection . Secondly , zero customer service and they are unreachable which indicates severe cutbacks to staff ahead of bankrupcy . They also are not refunding customers, customers are rarely getting deliveries, they are offering huge discounts and credits for more products ( none of product which you will likely ever receive ). If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVEN AT 90% OFF. It appears from this point they are a total scam.
Do not order from this company
I placed my order three weeks ago and my credit card was immediately charged. Now I have still not received any confirmation that the order was processed or shipped. I have only received AI generated platitudes. My last email received an auto response that stated that it was not received because “The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that prevents additional messages from being delivered.” I have requested a cancelation and refund and still no response
Bad service
Ordered my socks in November. I received part of my order two weeks later. After 3 weeks, the rest of my order still has not shipped. On top of that they keep saying they are about to ship, but then never send them out. So we are now a week until Christmas and I am stuck. Love that their correspondence refers to their happiness team, very ironic. I would not recommend ordering from here.

I have been waiting for my order since 18th November and have been repeatedly fobbed off with promises that the socks will arrive soon. They send vouchers to entice you to order more which I fell for.

What in the hell has happened to this company? Month long fulfillment timelines, $90 for three pairs of Marino will socks my toes punchef thru in wear #4. I support the company's charity minded business model so I never sent them back or asked for replacements but I placed a nearly $300 order with them in mid November and the last $100 worth of items never even shipped. Sent an email to be told they don't have my product they sold me so I can pick put an equal value item or get a gift card for the balance. Law 101 of retail, when you fail to supply what your customer paid you for the only correct and legal response is a full refund of what you failed to deliver and after how poorly this has been handled, Im NEVER shopping with them again! I am very disappointed in their performance. Ordered three pairs of slippers, only 1 came- all ordered at the same time. It’s Christmas time and aren’t accepting phone calls - who does that? Shameful for a business. I will never again order from this company!

Horrible customer service. They have several people emailing saying completely different things. Made an order on November 25th, tracking said December 13th and got an email recently saying the item is out of stock. They keep pushing you to refund. Don't buy from this company. It's just another Instagram-baddie run business that's completely unorganized.

If I could give less than one star I would. I received only one pair of a multiple sock order that was over a month ago. No shipping update and delayed contact with their ridiculous “happiness team” - this is the worst fulfillment history of any company I have ordered from in the last year. These are not cheap socks and they need to do better. I have not even been able to get a refund.

My order from November never arrived. I sent an email asking for information about my order and they said they have no update and offered a refund. But where is the package? The delivery company said they never received it from Bombas.

Ordered slippers and they were delivered promptly. Sadly, the quality is poor considering the cost and the backs are so low I can’t get them to stay on! Won’t be ordering from this company again!
