Bonanza is a waste of time and money!!!
I’ve never heard of and or used Bonanza before but thought I’d give them a try since the Mobihome Instant Popup Tent I wanted to purchase was no where else to be found. Worst mistake of my life! The tent I received was not what I paid for! The seller Lee Ruler sent me an Amazon regular manual tent which was unused and a regifted Xmas present from another person from Atlanta, GA (gift receipt was inside the box). I emailed the seller and hoping to get a refund in 3 weeks or so. I also reached out to Bonanza and pending response but I highly doubt they will assist since after Googling Bonanza Reviews, they have a TERRIBLE review history filled with so many consumer complaints! Wowow, two weeks of wasted time and money. What’s even worst is that this seller, Lee Ruler is still defrauding and scamming customers by listing/selling many more of this Amazon regular manual tent listed as a “Mobihome” Instant Popup Tent on Bonanza website. Consumers BEWARE and DO NOT do business on Bonanza or you’ll regret it!!! Read the Bonanza reviews on BBB and Google. Appears Bonanza promotes bad behavior and sellers and they will not help you get your money back from the seller!
Highly Recommend A+++++
Overall everything is great here and quickly becoming even better!! Customer service is quick to respond to me by email if the matter is urgent, although I rarely require since everything goes smoothly. Fees are reasonable and you don’t pay until you sell. Really nice pool of buyers here, I’ve only had one problem in 8 years. I’m advertised on google shopping which is bringing in heavy traffic to my booth. I used to sell 2-3 items a month, now I’m selling 2-3 and more a week!! Extremely happy seller here.
Overall I like selling on Bonanza
Some sales. Could be better. I do not promote my booth on social sites due to time constraints and so I mainly rely on SEO when it comes to titles, descriptions. I rely mainly on Google shopping for sales.
FVFs are reasonable on Bonanza. Free booth, love that. Excellent customer service, fast response except for weekends. There used to be more growing problems on the site back in the day with glitches. Years later it is so much better. I don't regret sticking with the site throughout it. Overall I like selling on Bonanza.

This is sad, super bonanza Muwaila university city road is pathetic in service and the staffs are very bad in attitude. They speak in rude manners and counter staffs are always in their own attitude plus they spoken with my wife in very bad manners. I am going in consumer for their bad attitude
Even if you're a legitimate seller…
Even if you're a legitimate seller offering genuine products and providing excellent customer service, they have the authority to suspend your account without sending an email or providing an explanation, and they disregard your attempts to communicate. I would not recommend this platform to anyone. "Judy," the individual from customer service, is the most unhelpful person I've ever had the misfortune of interacting with and should not be employed in any customer service role within any company. I would not recommend anyone to buy or sell on their platform.

this site is belongs to scam i setup my booth and pay fee and list two products next day i was unable to login when i enter password and username logout complete show up every time i contact them and they said we are unable to access your account so try other platform. beware. i hope next time it will not happen to anyone else.
SCAM WEBSITE
SCAM WEBSITE! When you add a product they will ask you to pay 5$ for booth review so your product can be accepted, then they will send you a message that they don't support your country but they will keep your money, do NOT deal with them, I've sent them couple of messages and they don't reply anymore, I warned you.
Avoid
I started to buy something. But they tried to charge me more tax than where I live charges. They claim tax is estimated, based on my zip code. I carried the transaction to paypal just to see what they would charge. Low and behold the same as bonanza estimated.

Luckily for me I noticed what was happening before I made the purchase.

Absolute waste of space
A few years ago, I used to sell on bonanza and I never had a problem. I took a I took a break for a couple of years.
Recently, I thought I would re-open my bonanza store and start selling on there again. This is where the problems began; first of all, it would not let me sign in, even though I was still using my old login details, so I had to contact customer support. Eventually, I got logged in and decided to set up my booth and this has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I have tried every which way to reset up my booth, which still has its items up there but hidden from public view. I have linked my PayPal to my bonanza shop only to be told time and time again that my PayPal isn’t linked when it clearly is and therefore I cannot open my bonanza shop. This has caused me nothing but a headache. I have contacted Customer Services over and over again about this and they have given advice. None of which has been helpful and none of which has resolved the situation. Not only is bonanza not user-friendly their staff at absolutely not helpful at all.
For anybody thinking of selling their items on a marketplace please please please do not use Bonanza because you will get nowhere fast. There are plenty of great alternatives out there, but sadly, bonanza is not one of them. does
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, and terrible exposure for sellers. I have 4000 items listed over there thanks to their easy transport from ebay option, and I'm lucky to sell one item a month. Also their customer service sided with a buyer after the buyer swore at me and threatened me because they had buyers remorse about a purchase and demanded a refund after it had been delivered because the "decided they didn't want it". They were angry because I said they were in charge or return shipping since the item arrived in good shape and on time.

Bonanza membership." so it turns out it's not free at all!!! Wasted so much time attempting signing up and it failing and trying again, tedious as hell. Ruined afternoon.
Had a very terrible dealing with this…
Had a very terrible dealing with this company. Bought a blush which didn’t match the colour I was after. After being told I could return it, I returned and the seller is refusing to refund me claiming the product is damaged even though I insured it. Seller making no effort whatsoever to try and support, and is blaming me for buying the wrong colour even though at the very beginning clearly said were able to do a refund. I have emailed the company several times with no response back regarding the matter. Very unprofessional and likely a scam company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Do not buy from J.Pallis
Do not buy from J.Pallis, they are scammers. They deliberately set a lower price on their skincare product . After I bought some face cream , they told me the price should have been doubled. I immediately cancelled the order but did not receive my refund until 3 weeks later. Worst still, they gave me back US$15 less than the price I originally paid. When I asked them to pay me back the difference , they never replied my email. So, my advice, stay away from them. Don't be fooled by their lower price, is a scam !
