Bonanza closed my new account and not refund fee
Bonanza closed my newly created account and did not refund the fees I paid when I created the account. I sent a support email the issue of the fees after my account was closed. My account had just been created and I hadn't sold any products on Bonanza yet. They ignored my inquiry about the fees and advised me to sell on two other websites, ioffer.com and ecrater.com. I expressed my gratitude but also requested a refund of the fees that Bonanza collected upon my account registration and I have not received any response from them.

Bad customer service & empty product
My order number is 101608260 . I placed my order from 3/12 and 1/2 month I haven’t seen any update tracking information so I tried to contact my bank to cancel my payment & the seller to cancel my order but my bank just say will check back later and the seller haven’t replied to now . But on 4/5 I received tracking information & 4/8 I delivered it .And now 5/17 I just open it & I see it’s totally empty , I tried many times to pump my bottle have no liquid in it . I’m very upset with bad customer service of Bonanza website because after I tried to contact the seller many times with have no reply , I used to contact Bonanza but I received mail with content “ We highly recommend that you contact the bank or card provider associated with the card you used to complete this purchase “ and can’t help me cancel this order ( this website has no cancel button ) . The worst experience of my online shopping . I have a big mistake when I placed order on this website by credit card payment , I will only pay by PayPal to protect my customer benefits . Right now I need a refund .

Can I just say I got the bed! And it’s absolutely stunning a small issue with the bed not fitting right to start with informed the owner and he had someone come over and fix it 4 days later which over then bank holiday I thought was good! I feel it’s really good quality delivery service was good and the gentlemen were polite overal would highly recommend and look to buying in the future for my sons bed when I can!

Purchased an item from strategic carparts through this site on the 14th and it has not been shipped when they claim to have the part in stock. I have reached out to Bonanza and Strategic carpart multiple times with no response of the tracking number. Stay away from this site... seems fishy.

Bonanza Order took 3 weeks to arrive
The seller never sent me my purchased products and the super polite response of the Bonanza "Happiness Producer" is like "OOOOh gee too bad, we are sooo sorry, but you have to deal with it yourself on PayPal because we can't do it." I am dealing with PayPal but it is taking forever and I am wasting hours on it. Suggest that Bonanza vet their sellers better and step up to protect their clients. Don't they want clients to return or recommend? As the current business model stands, Bonanza (probably unintentionally) enables theft.
I am adding a new comment here, I FINALLY received the products 3 weeks after I placed the order. So I am very glad to say that everything turned out ok in the end.

The Joy of being ripped off
This is by way of feedback about my current shopping experience on Bonanza, and should suffice to explain why I will not be using them in future: on March 25, I purchased a shirt. Thus far, all I have to show for it is absolutely not a peep from the seller, and one message (eventually) from Bonanza, advising that I take this up with PayPal (which I am). I sent 2 messages to the seller and 3 to Bonanza. Almost 2 weeks later, all I have is a dispute via PayPal. It must be obvious why people shop on Amazon.

Bonanza's platform encourages criminal activity.
Seller "Chandiagomart" offers expensive electronic products at half the going rate.
I purchased a Beelink GTR6 mini pc and two days later got given a tracking number that didn't work. It's 5 days in and it still doesn't work. The seller is giving a nonsense story about "postal service issues". They also refuse to provide proof of postage.
The seller is a scammer who PRETENDS to stock and post items. They make up a false tracking number and blame the Malaysian postal service when it doesn't work.
The force the buyer to lodge a claim with PayPal I suspect that they keep their initial sales money.
Whether I will get my money back is uncertain at this stage.
I may contact a solicitor in Malaysia to send the seller a letter of demand as I have their business registration number.
Suffice to say do not use Bonanza! It is very lax and encourages crime in clear sight!

Bonanza is a questionable platform
I bought something using bonanza. After 3 days without a tracking number for shipping I contacted bonanza help desk. They told me to contact the seller, and that's when I realized it was a foreign company(the product I bought is made in the USA!). I sent the seller a message, they asked me to wait 3 weeks. Luckily I used PayPal, so I contacted them and my purchase was refunded the next day. 2 days later, bonanza sent me an email saying that the seller was no longer registered with them, and I should seek a refund. NEVER again I will use this website. Thank you PayPal!

I was a seller on Bonanza. Spare yourself and sell you product somewhere else. They do not communicate with sellers at all. They also will shut your store down without any forewarning at all and will not answer any requests for information. The traffic/sales are extremely minimal and not worth the headache at all!!!!

Ordered an item via bonanza 3 weeks ago but I have not received delivery or any confirmation from the seller despite sending them two emails. I have also sent PayPal two emails explaining the situation but no response from them either. Looks like I have been scammed!
