Brian booked my fares and then I needed the dates changed. Not a problem. However I had to have more changes. Brian was able to organise a totally new fare with the new dates just a few days away from when I needed to travel. I am very happy with his helpful, good service and advice.

Brian was at all times helpful and quick to respond. He was able to organize multiple flights on one ticket, something that I would have found quite difficult to do without his assistance.

We had a week in Vietnam. Our itinerary was a perfect combination of organisation and relaxation. We didn’t have to worry about transport and our guides at selected sites were pre booked. Each guide was informative in a way that suited us and had a nice balance of facts and pride in their country. The hotel was what I had asked for and was very hospitable.
We had a great time and would definitely get Brian to organise our next trip.

Best experience ever with Brian booking a very in depth trip through Norway including trains, transfers, hotels, experiences, everything planned out beautifully and communicated to me and I had a detailed itinerary with all the plans, vouchers, flight details etc that I needed at my fingertips. He communicates promptly, anticipates scenarios I wouldn’t have even thought of and as a result the trip worked like clockwork. Would never book any other way again. Brian thinks of every last detail and makes it completely stress free. Honestly think he is a travel genius. Have recommended his services to so many people who have all sung his praises afterwards. Could not recommend more highly.
