Brian from Bonaventure Travel absolutely made our family holiday. We hadn’t travelled overseas post covid and he was incredibly helpful, organised and patient with me and my myriad of questions and changes from the get go. Brian organised an itinerary we couldn’t have organised ourselves with multiple legs and combinations. When flights got cancelled, missed and delayed Brian and the whole on call team at Bonaventure were right on top of it for us. I recommend him to everyone I know!!

Always helpful in planning for the trip. And invaluable if things go wrong. Had one leg of my recent trip cancelled just before the scheduled boarding time - I was waiting to hear about rebooking, along with the rest of the full flight worth of passengers. However, Brian got an alert at the same time I did. He called me to tell me he was rebooking me on the next flight. This had me sorted out well before Qantas got around to anyone and even kept me in my original travel class, making my original connections.

We found the service provided by Brian in our recent flight and hotel booking including to Bali, Melbourne and Cairns to have been top-class. What made this service stand out was the personal insights Brian provided based on his own experiences, and as a result all aspects of our travel were excellent and authentic. Brian's communications with us on phone and email were exemplary and we would like to thank him for his expert guidance and friendly persona. There was just one issue with our final flight from Cairns to Perth where we were asked to pay for luggage with Jetstar which had already been included in the ticket price. Otherwise, everything was smooth and seemless.

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and always organises everything for me quickly and easily. I highly recommend Brian for all your travel needs.
