Lovely bags. I got them for I and my friends

Good quality

Advertised an item as white but it has a pink tint. Company refusing to comply with consumer law and are insisting I have to pay for return. This is incorrect with item not being as described. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Nice experience

I didn’t know the brand but now that I’ve started buying, I will be returning. The bags’ quality is out of this world and they really can complete an entire outfit. I love the quiet luxury vibe they give while being so affordable.

Bond and Mason offer a variety of high-quality handbags, tote bags and backpacks, made of vegan leather and handcrafted with care. The products are very well described in photos with text. It is easy to surf the website and to select the bag(s) of choice. It is fast and straightforward to place an order. Several ways of payment are also offered. The transport fee is reasonable, and the orders are dispatched at the same time as the order. I have ordered before from the brand, and I was impressed by the care they wrap the handbag with. The bag is protected in a special cover bag, and the parcel is well made and sturdy. I do recommend Bond and Mason for their products and service.

Delivery time longer than expected. But, delighted with the bag, lovely quality and looks more expensive than it was. Perfect for formal occasions. Would definitely recommend.

It was very easy to order directly from the website, and the item purchased was beautiful I loved it.

Avoid purchasing from this company. My daughter bought me a handbag for Mother’s Day. The next day, after light use, the shoulder strap broke. A couple of days later, when lifting the bag off the floor, the carry strap broke. Company emailed along with photos of fault asking for a refund. Advised of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, but still they refuse to issue a refund.

Awful customer service is rude, said they don’t refund if the delivery to the shop address it’s sent do accept even when the parcel is going to be returned to them . I’ve now been told after waiting three weeks for it to be sent it could take months for once they get it back to resend . Avoid this company at all cost ! Further emails sent asking where my delivery is, was told I need to pay more money to send it to my address even though the courier they instructed delivered it to the wrong address in the first place . Still not had my bag asked for a refund and refused again . So no item they have taken my money and no goods received .

I have had several bags, and have been very pleased.
