Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 30 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, finding them to be of poor quality, not as advertised, and often made from cheap materials like plastic instead of the described fabrics. Customers also reported issues with the pricing, feeling that the items were overpriced for their actual value and could be found much cheaper elsewhere. The refund process was a major source of frustration, with many struggling to receive their money back even after numerous promises. The return policy was also heavily criticized, as customers were often required to send items back to China at their own expense, incurring significant shipping costs, and sometimes the returned parcels were not even delivered or processed.

SCAMMERS!!

SCAMMERS!! The jumpers I bought are cheap polyester and badly made. Not the product advertised. Not an English company "closing down" at all but scamming company in China.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered two jumpers and a leather handbag from Bond Bristol, a company claiming to be ‘closing down’. It’s a con. The company is based in China selling inferior goods. The jumpers are very inferior quality and the ‘leather’ bag is made of cheap PVC.

Like A M I thought it was a british company. It took 4 weeks for the jumper and cardigan to arrive only to find the sizes were not true to size. I even ordered the 3XL thinking it would be huge but it's more true to a Large size (I'm a size XL usually) I now have the job of sending them back to China which will cost a packet. Do not buy from this company, you have been warned!!!

Chinese company

Chinese company. Not English as led to believe. Took weeks to get delivery of the thinest polyester jumpers. Printed not knitted. Awful quality. Do not waste your money. Bag is not " high quality leather".

Shoddy goods from China

Thought I was ordering lovely woollen jumpers but I received cheap polyester garments from China. Made to look like it's a small family business selling quality goods - don't believe it !

I too thought Bond Bristol..ooh

I too thought Bond Bristol..ooh, probably local wool (West Country perhaps) but 100% polyester! Took 22 days to be delivered, then found out it was from China. So very disappointed! Will teach me in future not to take these sweet little shops on face value! Complete scam.

CON ARTISTS

As everyone says, they're con merchants.
I bought, thinking I was buying from a local business, so any problems I could pop into their shop.
"Story" is just that, a story, received a cheap polyester jumper with a "woollen" print.
Requested a full refund and got an email back from "Anna", who writes in American English, saying I need to return to China.
Let rip with their misleading story, cheap and nasty product, etc, etc. Threatened to tell Trading Standards, which I have, also leave poor review here and shout on their Facebook ads every time I see one. Finally got my £34.90 refund, so anyone who doesn't think it's worth trying to get your money back, it is!

One star is too much

One star is too much. This is a complete scam. They portray that they are based in Bristol UK.They are NOT. The jumpers are 100% synthetic and VERY poor quality. DO NOT buy from them. You will have to pay to return and will lose out. I bought 2 jumpers which are going straight into the recycling bin. They smell, feel and look terrible.

Poor quality goods that do not resemble the photos on the website. Be warned do not buy from this company.
Goods are made in China and you have to pay tracked postage to return them and this costs nearly as much as the goods. DO NOT buy from this company

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY
Have just received my jumper after nearly a month and it is awful, nothing like the gorgeous photo I was duped by.It is cheap and nasty material, a different and horrible green shade, pattern could have been done by a child and probably was in China . I contacted the company to organise a refund and ' Anna ' gave me the address in China !!!
The customer is responsible for postage and I was quoted £19.00 at the post office leaving me just £9.00 refund 🤬🤬🤬🤬
I didn't bother which is clearly the agenda

Appalling company and really appalling…

Appalling company and really appalling goods, DO NOT BUY, it's a total rip off. They sell cheap polyester versions of the photographs on their webite, made in China. One would not even buy these at a charity shop, total rubbish and returns have to be sent back to China at your own cost for a full refund, if they actually pay it, they are crooks.

I also wish I had looked at reviews on…total con

I also wish I had looked at reviews on Trust pilot before being completely taken in. I feel so foolish! Target advertising got me! I was totally taken in by the website that looked so genuine. These lovely looking pullovers are not from a family firm in Bristol but from China . My order took several weeks to arrive. The jumper looks ok but the neck line is terrible very wide with lots of joins. I won't be wearing it nor returning at my own expense. I will donate it to a charity shop. I will be much more careful in future and only order from well known companies especially those using British made.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. The items take weeks to deliver and come from China. The quality is cheap plastic and smells dreadful. I ordered a leather handbag from what I thought was a reputable local business and it’s only fit for the bin. The photo and actual bag have no resemblance to what they are selling. Hopefully trading standards are involved.
