Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 30 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, finding them to be of poor quality, not as advertised, and often made from cheap materials like plastic instead of the described fabrics. Customers also reported issues with the pricing, feeling that the items were overpriced for their actual value and could be found much cheaper elsewhere. The refund process was a major source of frustration, with many struggling to receive their money back even after numerous promises. The return policy was also heavily criticized, as customers were often required to send items back to China at their own expense, incurring significant shipping costs, and sometimes the returned parcels were not even delivered or processed.

RIP off jumpers from China

This company gives you the impression that their jumpers are British made, the actually come from China and are poor quality and nothing like the photos on their website, returns have to be to China with no guarantee of a refund,I would avoid this company at all costs.

Waited 16 days from payment to delivery. I'm a 14/16, but ordered XL hoping it would be a loose fit.. It arrived yesterday and is what you might call snug, but I'll keep it. It's polyester, although I think they say somewhere that it's cotton. Heard R4 programme this morning and immediately called my bank to block them going for more money from my card. Can't remember if I was offered PayPal, so used my debit card.....I have discussed this with a friend, who ordered before I did, but still hasn't had hers. We both had the famous "gut feeling" from the start, but ignored it! The bank were sure that blocking any attempt to access the card is sufficient. I hope so! Having said all that, it's not hideous, it's not printed, but woven and looks ok. Sleeves are bit short, but it's only for dossing about at home. A lesson learned. Listen to your gut, ladies!

This Company is leading you to believe…

This Company is leading you to believe on Facebook that they are 2 ladies who own the store ( with photographs showing the shop and a very English setting with the ladies) stating they are closing down and are holding a Closing down Sale. I now see from tracking my purchase is still in China a month after ordering. Be aware of this Company

So misleading

So misleading - especially AI information. When asked about what the jumpers are made of, it states that they are 100% wool!! Complete rubbish

I would advise caution with any purchase from this company. I have not received my order tracking only leads to a Chinese site with the inability to talk to the company I suspect these are not honest traders. I have reported this site to the police.

This is a scam

This is a scam. It pretends to be a company in Bristol but the products come from China, take ages to arrive and are poor quality and wrong size. It is a particularly bad scam because it is presented as an established family firm to gain sympathy for the owners who are said to be " retiring to spend time with their grandchildren."
A pack of lies. Fraud.

Do not be fooled by the ads for Bond…

Do not be fooled by the ads for Bond Bristol or any similar sites which claim to be closing down. My recent experience is exactly like all the other posts you can read here. I ordered ROSSY in a lovely blue but it's thin polyester and darker than the photo. Yes, I can and will wear it BUT it isn't what I was expecting in terms of colour and quality. NEVER AGAIN! Won't bother to get refund as it has to go back to China and cost outweighs refund benefit. Georgina

Avoid avoid avoid

The website and adverts are incredibly misleading. The products come from China and aren’t even wool, it’s an extortionate amount to return these substandard items. Customer service are unhelpful and just regurgitate the same thing over and over.

Ordered 2 jumpers for family members

Ordered 2 jumpers for family members. Took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, not from Bristol, as I thought, but China. Jumpers are of very poor quality. One jumper was supposed to have really long sleeves. It was an undersized 3/4 sleeve jumper that looked like it had shrunk in the wash.
The other jumper picture showed it as being lovely & chunky. Thin & flimsy in reality. If I could score no stars, I would have.
Only wish I’d read reviews before buying. Do not buy from this company.

This is definitely a scam

This is definitely a scam. Their website appears very professional and everything about the site looks bonafide. It isn't. I have received two terrible tops masquerading as 'jumpers'. If nothing else they must have contravened UK Trade Description Regulations.

I am surprised they bothered to send anything.

SCAMMERS, liars and con artists!!

It is hard to give helpful, constructive criticism of this company, as you ask. This is a dishonest, lying scam from start to finish. Their so-called ‘knitted wool jumpers’ are PHOTOGRAPHS of knitted wool jumpers printed on to cheap tacky polyester tops. Their refunds take weeks longer than they say, and only come at all after constant emails and pressure. They are clearly hoping that you will forget and give up. Why can’t the UK PROHIBIT THEM FROM CONNING US?!

6 weeks after ordering just received two jumpers that look nothing like the photos. First of all it's from China. It's 100%polyester and it's printed in the material which is crap. Sizes are completely wrong. Soooo not worth the 56£ I paid.

I fell for this scam thinking some…

I fell for this scam thinking some lovely traditional woollen jumpers were mine for a birthday treat however when I got the shipping order saying China I started to wonder about the validity of my order.
I sent an email after about a week and had a rather patronising reply telling me to be patient. 3 weeks later a polyester knock-off nothing like the original jumper pictured arrived - something you would have been glad to walk past at a terrible poor-quality market.
I immediately sent photos demonstrating the difference and they offered 30% refund !!!
I am not accepting that and am pursuing trading standards
Avoid this sham business
Dreadful quality
I can't believe I was duped so easily
