This company is a scam
This company is a scam - cheap nylon crap, back story is a sham, total waste of time getting a refund. Just really irritated I fell for it!!!
Don’t fall for it!!!
Beautiful jumpers in product photos… stunning; but that’s not what you get!!!
After endless delays - not from Bristol but China; a horridly cheap & inferior version of the original is received. Thrust into a plastic bag without a thought and made from the worst possible yarn! Don’t fall for the hype! Wish I could attach photos!!!
Absolute shambles!!
Absolute shambles!!! Not in Bristol, Not 2 ladies closing down their shop, and you do not get what you think you are ordering.
I ordered 3 brightly coloured fluffy, cosy cardigans that look like they could be hand made. I received some cheap rubbish, that is a nylon fabric with printed pattern of a knitted cardigan.
If you make a nuisance of yourself you do get your money back. I have just received a full refund, but have had to email them every day since my order arrived. Please don't give up if you are wanting a refund and do not accept their percentage refund offer.
Run a mile... Don't buy from them!!
Cheap Chinese Tut, don't waste your money.
Not a Bristol shop closing down, nor a family run business. Trading from China and giving the false impression of quality when in reality it's pound shop rubbish.
Can't warn you enough, keep your money safe.
I really didn't want to give this…
I really didn't want to give this company any stars at all!!
This is a complete scam and I'm annoyed that I fell for it. A shop in Bristol run by two women is supposedly closing down and wishes to sell it's stock. This is complete rubbish. The photos of goods show good quality jumpers and other clothes. The actual goods that arrive after about a month from China are not even wool or anything like it. The cheap fabric is printed on to make it look like a jumper. Then, of course, you can only get your money back if you send your items back to China at your own cost and tracked! So it will cost you about £25-30 to return items and you will only get a partial refund when they are received. In the meantime they try to offer you credit off other items to forego your refund. I've just returned my good on principal. Wonder if I'll get anything back! Money down the drain!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Beware! This is a rip-off Chinese merchandiser purporting to be a quality UK shop closing down. Their products are shoddy and man-made, not a natural fibre in sight, and bear no content or care labels. I regret not reading the feedback here before I placed an order with them.
To get a 100% Refund you need to pay for return and is very expensive.
Further to my review of February
Further to my review of February, I did eventually get the jumper that I ordered (medium size) but it was far too small and tight, short, with short sleeves and the colour was not what was advertised online. I emailed the company with my complaint and they gave me a code to order something else to the same value, as a replacement free of charge. They did respond promptly to my emails. Using the code I placed an order free of charge for another style of jumper, this time in X-Large size. This duly arrived after a week. X-Large is just about right for me with my medium size. The colour is paler than advertised, and the quality is very average (it says 'Mohair' on the label but the yarn is thin). However, it is warm to wear.
The sizes that this company advertise are very small, probably made for people in the Far East and not for Europeans. If you have been sent merchandise which is not what is being advertised, ask for a free of charge replacement. I did send the company photos with a tape measurement showing to indicate size when I complained. Hope this helps.
Don't buy
Don't buy! I agree with reviews. Misled thinking products were from a Bristol Shop. When l tracked the order which was taking so long was surprised to see they were in transit from China. Poorly made/sizing not accurate. DON'T BUY!!
Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Wish I'd read the reviews, lesson learnt for me. Rubbish quality, cane from China would have been cheaper to order from shein and at least I would have known what I was going to get.
Emailed the company and not received a reply. Was going to try and return, not sure if it's going to be worth paying the minimum 20e return fee or just cut my losses.
Don't waste your money unless you want an expensive Internet lesson 🤑🤑
Do not buy these rubbish clothes
Utter Chinese rubbish, nothing whatsoever to do with Bristol. Should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered two jumpers, they’re horrid. Ghastly fabric and bear no relation to the photographs of what I thought I’d ordered. I’m normally so much more savvy than this and am annoyed to have been caught out. TJ
Goods may not be as advertised
Both items that I ordered were inadequate. One had the wrong colour, the other was an ordinary top instead of a sweater (as advertised)
When I asked for a refund I was told to send the items back to an address in China. Instead I sent them back to the address printed on the original parcel. Bondbristol then offered me a 60% refund….
I got in contact with my bank and they raised a dispute. I was reimbursed 100%
BEWARE!
Beware! This is a rip-off Chinese merchandiser purporting to be a quality UK shop that is closing down. Their products are shoddy and man-made, not a natural fibre in sight, and bear no content or care labels. They are NOT cheap, and their products certainly NOT worth the "80% off" price (let alone the supposed original sales price). They actually put the likes of Shein and Temu in a good light! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
I am really disappointed with this…
I am really disappointed with this sweater. Very cheap looking acrylic and garish colours, so different from the lovely soft-knit in the picture.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
SCAM SCAM SCAM. Would not even give a 1 star.
Very misleading. Could have got better from a charity shop.
Very poor quality Jumper.
Anyone know how can we ask a refund…
Anyone know how can we ask a refund from this scam? Or anyone had received? I wanted to lodge complaint to somewhere organisation!
A scam! Extremely poor quality rubbish that can't be returned
I wish I'd read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this site. Extremely poor quality. The advertising suggests a lovely UK based family business. It's no such thing. It's run out of China, there is no UK base. If you want to return anything, you have to pay postage to China! Not exactly illegal I suppose, but certainly a scam.
You believe that you’re ordering a…
You believe that you’re ordering a beautiful knitted jumper or cardigan, but what arrives is not even close. I could get this China made junk on Temu for a quarter of the price. No refunds, period. This is not a UK business. Total false advertising all the way round!
Two sweaters that are rubbish
If I could give a lower score I would do. One sweater still has not arrived that I ordered first . Two arrived today but are far too small although I ordered 3xl so they would be baggy. The necks are too wide for sweaters that are thick and rubbishly made. Cost to return is stupidly high 20 euros and at your own risk and to China!! I thought I was dealing with a shop in Bristol that was closing down. Like all the other people I feel really annoyed that I have been conned and cannot get my money back because I bet if you send them back at your own cost you don’t receive a refund.
Do NOT BUY
Do not buy. Poor quality, items are not as stated. Says natural fibre, premium leather it's not. 100% polyester. pretends to be UK based company - it is not! Return of goods at own cost back to China. Wish I had seen this site before buying.
Persist for a refund
Although this is a scam company, there is hope in the refund front. Stick to your guns, keep emailing, quote your rights. You do not have to pay to return it if it is substandard. They have (after a month of back and forth) finally agreed to refund me the full amount. Don’t give up and get your refund
