I’d give it no stars they do not send what you ask for thet are not based in the uk they sell rubbish and make money out of you by telling you that you have to send the item back to china. Do not recommend. Appeared to be in UK with delivery by Royal Mail. No, it was in Hong Kong. Quality of items very poor. Sleeves on one jumper were very short. Colours on the other jumper very different. Neck far too wide unlike picture. Very poorly finished. Extremely disappointed. Wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered

Jumper is poor quality and not the correct size and the handbag is very poor quality. Took over 10 days to receive and I have to pay for shipping back to China and wait 30 days for a refund. If I thought I was dealing with Temu type website I wouldn’t have purchased

Terrible quality definitely a scam company! Chinese not UK based in Bristol. Returns are not financially viable. Completely ripped off! Feel like and wally for falling for this advertising! Do not buy from them!

This is a scam company. I wish I had checked before buying! I did receive some clothes but some were completely different from those ordered and all very poor quality. Cheap stuff from China that you need to pay to return.

As many before have said. Weeks to arrive not uk but china. They are cheaply made. The pretty cardigan advertised is basically a print on nylon wool. As cost to return is £17 I would advise anyone not to buy.

Avoid this company!! Products aren't as listed, they come from Hong Kong or China not Bristol, you have to pay shipping to return more the jumper is worth and they fob you off about refunds...Avoid, avoid, avoid..massive scam!

I wish I'd read the reviews before going ahead with this. I echo what has been written before - this is a scam. The jumper looks nothing like on the website and is a cheap Chinese rip-off. I would never have paid £30 for it, but it's not worth paying to ship it back to China for a refund. And that's even if they correctly process the refund!!

This company are re selling stock that they have purchased on Temu, which is all made in China, and is sold cheaply on the Temu site, they even use Temu's photographs, it is an utter fraud and awful the prices they charge for jumpers that would cost less than £10 buying direct from Temu

I follow all the earlier reviews. Don’t waste your money buying from this Scam company.
The jumpers are nothing like they advertise on Facebook and don’t come from Bristol, they are rubbish from China.
They are poor quality, mine took weeks to be delivered and arrived with a mark on the back . Shocked that the costumer has to pay postage to return to China.
Will be reporting Scam .
I have reported Scam to my bank and have got a refund.

DO NOT BUY from this Company. They are a total scam, based in China and nothing to do with a family shop in Bristol. Fake photos and descriptions on the website. I’ve been trying to get a full refund for a jumper I purchased but unless I return the jumper to China at my own expense they will only refund 50%.

A con. Not from Bristol but China. Poor quality and nothing like authentic British Wool.

Missing items and no explanation.

I ordered two jumpers under the impression from advertising and photos that it was a reputable UK company. Turned out the quality of jumpers was polyester and badly fitting. I immediately contacted them to arrange return and refund. I feel very misguided by this company. It has cost me £17 to return jumpers to an address in a town in China. It is now a week since they have been returned as I tracked them through post office and no sign of refund even though I have emailed them. Wondering exactly who is selling these jumpers. Please do not buy from Bond Bristol to avoid hassle and being out of pocket.

Not at all what I expected. Very, very poor quality, design not at all as pictured in the advert, This is a live and learn purchase as returnig the item to China is not worth the postage. I won't be fooled again.

Dire quality - it was advertised as cotton and looked so in the pictures but it is garish colours and 100% polyester. You will be disappointed, do not buy. They are not associated with a family retiring in Bristol, it is a cynical Chinese company using clever advertising to scam us.

The jumper and cardigan took a while to come and although they are okay they are not what I would have chosen to keep. They are not made in Bristol as suggested by the advertising related to a closing down sale, they are made in China. If you want to return anything you have to pay for the shipping costs. I feel deceived and cross and would not recommend anyone buys from them without being clear about the facts. They are not a fantastic reduction at the prices advertised and would be over-priced for a polyester jumper.

I am in the middle of an email exchange with this company, trying to get them to agree to a full refund, since the jumper I was sent looked nothing like the one on their website. They are refusing to cover the postage costs back to China. I've taken it up with my bank, who have raised a dispute with them and sent me a refund in the interim (the bank refunded me the money). I recommend anyone who has fallen victim to this company to do the same - if more banks raise formal disputes, it may put a stop to this scam.

What eventually arrived from China 2 months later was a nylon jacket with a knitted print on it!

I suspect their website is a fraud, particularly as you have to send the goods back to China to get a refund.

I thought I was ordering my beautiful knitwear from a trusted British company. My order actually came from China and one item is polyester and awful.The other is nothing like what I ordered. I feel very disappointed and stupid for being scammed. I should have done more research on the company. Lessons learned. Do not order from them, you won't get what you paid for.
