Very poor quality product delivered made of polyester, not like original picture, fraudulent background story and copied design. Returns procedure to China within 14 days at own cost even though quality defective. Total scam. Facebook based adverts which should be shut down.

I feel so sad that I have been scammed in this way. I should know better not to fall for a story about a company in distress having to sell their 'beautiful stock'. The jumper sent (after an extraordinarily long time) was nothing like the photo and not at all like the description of 100% cotton. It is Cheap polyester. I think that trading standards needs to know ....but I'm not sure what they can do about a company purporting to be British that is clearly based overseas. Please beware ....my lesson learned to only buy from reputable known companies.

Do not purchase. Its a con. Products are sent from China. You get a jumper, but not what you ordered. The quality is poor and jumper looks cheap.

Do not buy from this company! It is based in China not UK. Quality of products is poor and the refund policy means you pay for returns which need to be tracked (almost the cost of the jumper) and only if they actually receive it back (or admit to) will they refund your money. Very disappointed and feel I have been tricked by misleading adverts.

This company is not what it seems. It’s not based in Bristol. It’s not run by two ladies about to retire. I bought a jumper and a cardigan in February and they arrived last week from China, not Bristol. The jumper had a very nasty odour when I took it out the bag. The jumper itself was thin, badly sown together and it stank! The cardigan wasn’t wool but made of sweatshirt material and nothing like the website photo.

Should have read the previous reviews before ordering from this company! Be very wary.
Placed order on 24 Feb and was surprised to see where the order was being processed. The jumpers were received today 10 Mar, so probably a reasonable time- frame for a delivery from China. Quality of garments is found to be poor and certainly not worth even the sale price.

Liars and cheats. Ordered and paid for 3 items. one only arrived after a month - from China - NOT as advertised 2 ladies closing a shop in Bristol. I am now fighting by email to obtain a refund for the 2 unsent items. Being fobbed off daily with emails thanking me for my 'reaching out' and my 'patience & understanding' - I am not happy. I await £50.92 refund. SCAMMERS -

As someone said only a 1 star cos can't put 0. This website should be closed down. Don't know where they got these pictures from but no resemblence to what you get. I am just wondering if anyone has actually ever got the promised part-refund? Would be interesting to know.

As others have said, the web site is a facade and the jumper came from China. It was about 3 sizes too small! Very disappointed.

What a scam, what I ordered and what was received are nothing like the advert. I thought I was getting some high quality knitted goods…. Wrong! What arrived were 2 cheap fleecy nonsense looking pieces of clothing. So horrendous it is funny. To return I have to send back to China at my cost. What a rip off, do not touch this company with a barge pole.

I ordered the green scandi style jumper and was surprised when tracking delivery that it was coming from China
The advert definitely implied it was from a nice shop in Bristol run by two middle aged women. When the jumper arrived I was disappointed to unwrap a badly finished cheap copy of the one advertised. I will wear it at home in winter but will.need to wear a scarf if I go out to hide the badly finished neckline

As mentioned in previous review, these sweaters are shipped from China and not an independent store in Bristol.
Jumper looks nothing like what I ordered and is very nasty. Took ages to come, don't order from this Co.

Only giving one star as I can't give zero. As others have said, this is a scam company selling poor quality ugly cheap jumpers from China, that look nothing like the website photos. And to return you are charged a minimum of £20 and have to send to China, in order to not make it worth your while.

Scam! As others have also reviewed. Item still not arrived over a month later shipping is from China and location they had in UK was a pizza delivery drop off! This is not a legitimate UK company and this is not their goods as suggested in advert from Bond Bristol closing down sale. Requested a refund, goods never arrived, still waiting! Over a month ago.

The sweaters were delivered today - they are much better quality than I had expected, and I am looking forward to wearing them. HOWEVER the ad on social media that I followed to order them implied that they were stock from a shop in Bristol run by two women which is closing down. This is a lie! The jerseys are shipped from China. They are worth buying, but really, the company should be ashamed of themselves for misleading the public.

Scam company, making out they are a shop that’s closing down in Bristol. This is a Chinese scam company, I got sent a tracked 48 hour Royal Mail tracking number on the 22nd February and still have not received my order ! They won’t refund, now contacted my card company to try and recover my money.

Interesting that the positive reviews are by 'customers' who have only ever submitted one review and the negative reviews have multiple reviews linked to the customer for other companies. I would imagine the positive reviews are fake and the negative reviews are genuine. Buyer beware!

These items are not from Bristol and are not from a store where owners are closing the shop to spend more time with their grandchildren as the website suggests. These are cheap jumpers from China. They will insist you post them back if you request a refund, so the best option is to initiate a charge back via your bank. Absolute rip off and total scam.
