Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 30 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the products, finding them to be of poor quality, not as advertised, and often made from cheap materials like plastic instead of the described fabrics. Customers also reported issues with the pricing, feeling that the items were overpriced for their actual value and could be found much cheaper elsewhere. The refund process was a major source of frustration, with many struggling to receive their money back even after numerous promises. The return policy was also heavily criticized, as customers were often required to send items back to China at their own expense, incurring significant shipping costs, and sometimes the returned parcels were not even delivered or processed.

Green jumper so garish and unwearable!

I saw this jumper on their web site and sent for it! Big mistake. The photo colours are no where near what actually arrived in the post. Feeling very had!on photo looked lovely shade of a sage green but it’s a vibrant lime green. So garish….unbelievable.
Wish I could submit photos!!!!

expensive rubbish

Advert looks like 2 wholesome women packing up their long standing business......
Took ages to arrive. Jumper arrived, cost me £29.00. Dreadful quality. Probably cost £2 to make in a sweat shop in China. What a scam.

1 star poor

100% polyester! Came from China, took 3 weeks. Small in size. Colour is very different from the illustration - more green than blue. Looks cheap and paid good money! Very disappointing

This company is an absolute SCAM!

This company is an absolute SCAM!! Do not order from this company as it is all FAKE pretending to be a local company having to close when it is really a company based in China. The jumper I sent for was not of a good standard, was the wrong colour and not the right size. Be warned! Save your money.

Not at all the same as advertised

Not the same as pictures product which looked knitted (Fiona cardigan), it is printed on a poor quality fabric, buttons are a different colour and v neck is deeper too. DON’T ORDER, I have learned a lesson and won’t buy from China again

Absolute scam do not order from here

Absolute scam do not order from here. Great website think you are ordering high quality stuff from the UK, when it arrives 3 weeks later it’s cheap acrylic tacky vile bright colours and small in size. Returns policy is ridiculous and they are selling the same stuff on temu ( a site I would never use ) for half the price .

LEARN BY MY MISTAKE!!!

If I could give ZERO points I would. I totally fell for the clever fake advertising, and impressive website. Ordered 2 jumpers on 13 Feb and eventually arrived 03 March, tracking told me it was coming from China so I braced myself, even so I was still shocked at what I was sent compared to what was advertised. After a number of emails back and forth, and them refusing me a full refund unless I send back to China [at my expense!] even though the 'Return Address' on package is CANNOCK WS11 8LD. I have now disputed the transaction with my Credit Card company and hope for a full refund that way, as these goods are TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING, and whoever they are, are obviously SCAMMERS. I am also reporting to Trading Standards.

Scam site advertising a British company…

Scam site advertising a British company closing down sale.

Goods arrived after 20 days, I was surprised they were being delivered from China and not a UK based site.
The goods arrived and were not as advertised, gaudy colours and nothing like the items advertised.
Beware this company does not operate under UK Consumer Rights Act and if you want a refund you will need to return your items to China.

A total scam

A total scam and should be investigated. Item sent was nothing like I ordered and when I complained I noticed after two days they had changed their name and photos but still giving out the same guff about having to close. Was told I would get my money back but still waiting 10 days later. How are these places allowed to get away with this?

DO NOT GO THERE

DO NOT GO THERE. This is an absolute scam. Advertising implies this is an English business in Bristol. In fact goods all come from China. My two cardigans arrived this week and they are nothing like the advertised photo….. synthetic not 100% cotton as advertised. The minimum it costs to return unsatisfactory goods TO CHINA is 20 Euros. I have learn my lesson to always check here before buying anything.

Not worthy of one star and a company to avoid

Not worthy of one star.
Cheap shoddy item that did not meet the description and also was repeatedly delayed after the promised delivery date.
I returned the item to the return address indicated on the package (at my expense with a tracked service) only to be told today that the item should have been returned to an address in China. There is nowhere that indicates this and no receipt etc. Tbis process is ongoing after 29days and i an £29.99 out of pocket. Stay away and keep your money

Ordered on 5th Feb

Ordered on 5th Feb. now March 3rd. 1 of the 5 ordered jumpers showed up after 4 weeks. It’s an unacceptable 7 inches smaller armpit to armpit measurement than the published size guide on the website. Still being fobbed off as to wear the remaining 4 jumpers I ordered are??? Have asked for a refund 5 times. Do not trade with these people. The advertising pictures of middle aged ladies outside “their” shop front and standing at counters loaded with of balls of wool are both incorrect and designed to be misleading.

I wish I had read Trustpilot

This company is not genuine. They purport to be a pair of local ladies closing down their business, and need to sell all their stock. Do not believe their advertising, the products are shoddy and poor imitations of what is shown on the website. They take a long time to come, because the products are shipped from China. Bond Bristol is a trade name and registered in Hong Kong. I wish I could have attached photos. Do not be tempted to buy.

Open letter to Bond Bristol fake goods

Open letter to Bond Bristol
This is a scam and you know it. The goods haven't arrived as ordered . I have contacted you several time to cancel as goods didn't arrive within 3 weeks. They were ordered the first week in Feb. You refused to refund. Which was my right under trading standards law. When they did arrive in March they were badly made, already coming away at the seams , no labels , polyester not cotton or wool as advertised. Any good reviews must be viewed with suspicion. These were clearly fake goods. I have taken steps to protect the wider public and reported your company to trading standards. You must make thousands with this closing down store scam !

TOTAL SCAM!

If I could give them zero stars then I would. I assumed they were a British company closing down and ordered what looked like a lovely knitted jumper for nearly £34. It took ages to come and when it finally did the "XL" size was about the size of my 10 year old and the quality was terrible. Went to return it only to discover that I would have to pay shipping costs to China starting at a minimum of 20 Euros! Total scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
