I purchased a laser from Bondi Body about 10 months ago. I have been extremely happy with it and the response whenever I posed a question.
The other week I noticed that the laser flashing was erratic and not consistent. I wrote asking what I should do next and Susan requested a video. This I did and the day after I had sent this they asked which was the best address to send a replacement.
My rating is 5 star as there are not many companies or people who respond so positively and quickly as this.

Fast delivery only used once so as yet I can’t say anything about results but it’s an upgrade on my old one as it’s smaller, easier to use and the light flashes much quicker so it takes a lot less time to do an area and the glasses are also a bonus

Purchased Bondi Body Laser @ Home Version 2.0 online because it had good reviews - order process simple ordered on a Sunday evening and it arrived on the Tuesday so very impressed. The device is very easy and safe to use - the safety glasses are a good addition just need to wait to see the results but so far very pleased

I've been using it for 6 months twice a week on level 5 and haven't seen any change whatsoever. I'm pale with black hair so should work but it doesn't.

I’ve been using this device diligently now for over five months, weekly and twice weekly on setting 8 and can honestly say I really haven’t noticed any difference. And given it two stars because it arrived well packaged and the packaging was lovely, but it really hasn’t done anything. I would suggest if you’re looking to invest this sort of money, buy yourself a Shark flexi style and you’ll have beautiful hair on your way to getting a wax. I’ve given up on my bikini line, but I’ll continue in the blind hope that it might make a difference one day on my legs and underarms. Perhaps I’m just one of the unlucky ones, but I’ve got dark hair and pale skin so really should be prime.

Only used it once on chest, but very impressed with speed. Also does not seem to overheat. The j/cm2 is what impressed me most. Why would you buy anything weaker than 7 j/cm2, just would not work. Good stuff so far...

I have done laser 8 sessions laser full body in the salon. It reduced my hair but not to the result I would like. So I thought to try cheaper version and bought bondi body laser. I did it only once so far and I definetely have more growing hair than before...so it looks it undone all the hair removal I have done before as I can see now hair where I did not have it before...so very dissapointed...

Very good product,made with quality materials,easy and pleasant to use,comes with both UK and European plug which is handy, short and clear manual and useful beauty bag. Great.

This is an update to my earlier review. I have now got the IPL to work! The instructions are not that clear ... Firstly, the IPL will not 'flash' unless it is applied to the skin. The difference between manual and auto is that with manual you have to press it against your skin and press the top button to make it flash. With auto, it will flash every 3-4 seconds automatically once pressed to your skin. The bottom button regulates the intensity of the IPL. Also, the instruction do not say what is supposed to happen after you use the IPL - does the hair burn and drop out, does it just not grow again or what? Apologies if I sound like a simpleton, but I have never used something like this before and have no idea what to expect. All I know is that my son was standing outside the house when I was using it and rushed back into the house shouting: Mum, it looks like Harry Potter is in your bedroom! We shall see ...

I bought the device in February and started off treatments as directed. I have been very pleased with my hair reduction! However, since April it starts to get hot, burning the back and front of my knees if I touch the device to my skin. I don't think it works as well if i just hold it very close, not touching. Now, if I try to treat both of my legs in the same day it will overheat and shuts off (I am glad for this safety feature, but why is the machine overheating simply by doing what it is built to do?) It started making a clicking noise when it recharges for another flash. I'm becoming nervous to use it and my treatments aren't done. I paid $300 including shipping for this highly rated IPL device and due to the scary problems it is having, I am disappointed. I thought it would last so I could finish treatments and even hang onto it to do touch-ups in the future.
EDIT: I am changing my review from 3 to 2 stars. Bondi shipped me a new device for free. It malfunctions worse than the first one. I wish I could upload a picture of this gross painful burn it just gave me. I need a refund.

Ive been using this device for about 3 months and have noticed hair reduction. The only issue is that the device overheats a lot quicker now than it used to at the beginning. I wonder if someone else has the same experience.

The machine arrived on time and appears decent quality (the sunglasses less so and I need to mend them where they've snapped in the middle). However, I seem to be one of the unlucky people with PCOS for whom this isn't working. I've been using it for about 12 weeks on my thighs, bikini line, sideburns and chin. The hair on my bikini line and sideburns may have thinned out very slightly but I've not noticed any other changes or real reductions. I have pale skin and dark hair, am using it on the highest setting, shaving in between and trying to follow the instructions. It takes about half an hour each time. Quite disappointed as I had really hoped this would change things for me based on the other reviews. I will keep going on my face in hopes it may yet start to help, and will experiment with different hair lengths between 1 and 5mm.

I also sent a message asking for clarification on the £39 tax I paid along with the machine but unfortunately didn't get a reply - the charge might have been correct but I would've appreciated confirmation.

Bought for me back in June as I’d asked for it as a birthday present. 6 months on and I’m delighted with the results. I have used primarily on my legs and the results have been superb. I have also used on my upper lip and arms but the results haven’t been as good but the hair on my legs was much darker so I am not surprised. Really easy to use and painless. Highly recommend
