Good product. I've been using it for four weeks and it's getting results. Only reason I give it four stars is the time it takes. Very boring when your doing it so I listen to music while applying it.

Excellent customer service from Trish!! Unfortunately the device didn't work for me as results vary from person to person so I decided to return the item. I simply cannot fault the customer service that I received from beginning to end. When I placed my order I was informed that there would be a delay in the delivery of the device and given the option to cancel my order if this wasn't satisfactory. I replied saying I was happy with the short wait and then I received an email to let me know when my order was on its way. I contacted the returns email address when I decided to return my item, asking if I could return under the 50 day money back guarantee. I received a swift response from Trish confirming that this was not an issue and clear instructions on how to return the item. Trish even emailed me to let me know that she hadn't received the return the following week and thankfully it arrived that day and my refund was processed immediately. Its a shame that I had to return the item, but I would like to assure anyone reading this that it is definitely worth trying this device. From my experience, if it doesn't work for you during the generous 50 day money back guarantee period, then it is clearly no issue returning the item

I've been using the device for 5 weeks, I can alredy see results on my body where I dont even need to shave anymore as they are very thin and short (even less the 5mm). I've not been seeing much results on my underarms and bikini line but I guess it's because they are thicker so it will take a bit longer but I can see some patch where I dont have hair. My skin is very sensitive and I'm not having a single problem with the device even tho I'm using it at the highest level. So far I'm very happy with it and hopefully in the next month I'll see even more results.

Very disappointed with the product. Have been using it for at least 3 months and no hair reduction is evident. Not even on small areas such as under arms. I was doing it on the highest setting as well so I was shocked to notice that no change has happened

It works, seeing results already. The only problem is the lead. Not sure if I've got one that's just dodgy or if it's just the design of it but it gets really fustrating when i have to keep turning it back on, as every few times i move it, it cuts out then starts again if it wants to.. It makes doing larger areas a chore 😑

Impressed with their service and personal contact as I was informed at the start there would be a wait. Product is very comfortable and quick to use. Only just started using it so cannot comment on effectiveness yet.

I’ve had mine for 2 weeks and finally got round to trying it today. I kept putting it off as I still felt a bit unsure after reading the instructions. So I decided to look on YouTube - and there was Trish, giving some guidance on how to use the product. It really is as simple as she makes it look and does not hurt or feel uncomfortable at all. Communication when purchasing was 5* too - there was a postal delay but I was kept updated on this which was a nice touch. It’s early days but this is an easy-to use product which I got the hang of quickly. I can recommend watching that YouTube clip to help.

Really easy to use and quick delivery. I've only been using it for 2 weeks so excited to see results but the whole process of doing it doesn't take very long at all and if results are as good as everyone says then well worth the money. I suffer from ingrowing hairs, so this will make such a huge difference to me.

I've used my laser weekly now for about 6 weeks and I've noticed reduced hair underarms. I was a bit worried about leg/bikini results so far so contacted Trish. She kindly arranged a call which was so lovely and informative. She made sure I'm using it correctly and put my worries at bay. Would give 5 star, just waiting a few weeks longer to see more results once I use the device as advised. I'm sure it will come through after 12 weeks or so. No regrets at all!

I had previously undergone lazer treatment at a clinic. I noticed a difference after 4 sessions. My hair was lighter and thinner.
Since using Bondilaser for the past 4 weeks I think I have reversed the professional treatment, my stubble is a lot more prickly after shaving and my hair has grown back coarse.
Not sure it's best for brown skin.

I took your suggestions on board and put the dial up to a 7 from a 6 burnt marks on my leg. They were bright red looked like hives and have now blended into my skin colour.

Purchased this for both my daughters to use.
They both have PCOS and suffer from dark facial hair and excess hair on neck and chest. Early days but both find it easy to use and very effective,giving them real confidence boost .

I have been using the Bondilaser for about 5 weeks and I can see it’s already making a difference. My bikini hair is becoming sparser and the hair on my legs is getting patchy and not growing back as quick. I have used it twice a week as advised on the instructions and will do this for 12 weeks as this is supposed to help have the maximum effect of the laser. But I am extremely pleased with how much less hair I have so far. I use it on the maximum setting as I have dark hair and very fair skin. It’s not painful at all, sometimes it feels like an elastic band hitting but mostly I don’t feel anything. It really is very effective and a lot cheaper in price than a lot of other home laser hair removers on the market. Win win!

I honestly wasn’t sure when I bought it, but seven weeks in and am seeing some results. Legs definitely reduced. Tougher, thicker hair taking longer, underams not so much progress yet. I’m pale and using on level seven setting. Much easier than the ‘gun’ shaped laser I tried before and gave up with. Pleased I bought it. Would recommend.
