Disappointed
I have been using for 8 weeks now and have not seen any difference in my hair growth. Very disappointed with this product but will continue to use until 12 weeks to give a proper review

This is very disappointing to hear you haven't seen the results you have been hoping for. Following are a few tips-
Use the Automatic option.
Increase the intensity setting.
Make sure the out put box window part of the device is pressed firmly to the skin.
Move the device slowly along the area 1cm * 1cm.
Make sure the device stays in contact with the skin.
Check the hair is between 1 - 5 mm in length.
IPL or Laser is only effective on 'living hair' & there is 20 -30% of living hair on the body at one time. Weekly treatments are suggested for a period of 12 weeks.

Great customer service
The customer service with Bondilaser was super personal and I enjoyed my interaction with them. I made a mistake in the order and they were quick to help me out. I have only used the laser for a few weeks now, so can't speak on long-term effects, but so far I am enjoying it!

Communication on ordering and keeping me informed of delivery details was excellent. Package arrived well wrapped and secure. Bought for my daughter who has just started to use so difficult assess results at this early stage. I had hoped more user information included but didn't faze my daughter!

The service was poor
The service was poor, had to wait nearly a month for the product to arrive, when arrived I was disappointed to find that the cable doesn’t work. It has to be held in one position to work.
Product itself seems good but the service was poor and the connection is dodgy

Bondi laser - Fab
Ordered the IPL, never used one before so hesitant (very). While waiting for my delivery, the correspondence between Trish and myself was beyond excellent customer care. I had no idea of what I needed to do before using the IPL and Trish had no problem providing me with all the prep beforehand which I really appreciated. Only had this a couple of weeks so unable to see much change yet but very happy with my purchase. The service from bondilaser has been great and the laser is so easy to use and comes with full instructions, goggles and a zipped bag for storage.

I’m only into week 4 but I can see the difference already! Only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is cause I’m only 1/3 through the recommended 12 weeks to see a drastic change! It’s painless and very easy to use. The light is very bright and damaging on the eyes of you don’t use the sunglasses - but so nice that they’re included.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

LOVE this laser
LOVE this laser. I've tried a couple of others that haven't worked for me, but this has done wonders. The only reason it doesn't get 5stars from me is that I can't use it on my leg hair they are slightly too fair, but ticks all the other boxes for me.

So far so good
Been using the Bondi Laser for 5 weeks, so only 5 sessions and I am seeing a reduction in hair. I have a tattoo on my ankle and up my leg that I can't laser over and I can see a big difference in the hair within the tattoo and the hair around that I can laser.
