Incorrect items delivered
The ease of ordering, price of products & delivery time was all on point! Unfortunately though my order was incorrect so I messaged through their chat option on their website which goes to a Facebook messenger message, still after 6 days I’ve had no response. I just messaged again if anyone could assist me and I got a message back straight away stating: “ Thanks for your message. We're away and can't respond at this time. We appreciate you getting in touch.” so not sure if this means they will eventually get back to me? Or they won’t? It’s especially annoying with the incorrect order arriving because I paid the extra $16 for express postage.
