Came damaged ,box looked like it was a return.Casing was damaged and the screen too. Seems the strap crushed it .Packaging was not entirely to protect it.

The screen is nice. The instructions could be better, but after seeing a few different sets of instructions we figured it out. After that is was a pretty simple setup. I did have an issue, there was a tear in the corner of the screen. I emailed support and they replaced the unit quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they responded, AAA+ rating on the support team. Overall, it provides shade and privacy, so does it job!
