They stole 2000 SEK from me
Been trying to get my money for 2 years, logged in today and they have annulled my bonus: it says "0" everywhere even though I had mire than 2000 sek under bearbetning!!! I have screenshots to prove it and I sent them to their so-called "support" but haven't heard back.

Bad customer service!
I asked for a bonus payout, they withdraw my bonus but I never got it.
I contacted them few times and they all the time had different explanations until they propose me 40% on my next purchase. No way!

Second payout not received. It worked in the past, but it seems nobody is working there anymore. Emails are not answered, only auto emails confirming the receipt of your email. Someone forgot to pull the plug on the website and the customer database.

Bonusway Scam?
Outstanding positions are not being updated, I requested a payout a few months ago that has not been deposited into my account to date, they do not answer email and they cannot be reached in any way (no phone number, no address and email they do not answer). It is looking more and more like the member is being scammed. I wonder what the participating companies like Hotels.com, Bol.com, Staatsloterij and Hema think about this. I can't imagine they want to be confronted with this.
