The app NEVER register the purchases you do. Latest yesterday. And they used to look at it and add afterwards if it didn’t register but now you don’t even get a response on their customer service. Used to be good but now it’s really bad.

It’s nice to get cash back when I order…
It’s nice to get cash back when I order online and you do receive the money on your bank account. But trying to make money out of the surveys on Bonusway takes a long time and half of the time it says that the money is not ready to be paid out but instead its “under evaluation” for 1.5 years.

Bonusway need to fix problem with cash-out
I don’t understand what I should rate. This pop-up asking for review just interrupt and break the chain when I try to do a cash-out. Bonusway, please stop with this type of blocking. Problem has already been raised but it seems you ignore fixing it… I do expect you to do my cash out urgently.

Be aware: bonusway appears to deceive people
Be aware, it appears that Bonusway is deceiving customers. They do earn money from your purchases (and quite a bit), but they won't approve your bonuses and certainly would cash-out.
In the rare instance that a bonus is approved (after much back-and-forth communication), you will quickly encounter the following problem: the payout.
After weeks or months of waiting, there is still nothing in my bankaccount. Contacting them about this is futile.
I have now filed a complaint with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and advise others to do the same.
— Their reaction below is a standardised message. I’ve already contacted them multiple times. But of course no response. I reported Bonusway at the Police for being a possible scam.

Disappointed
I have always been very content with this website, but during the last year I have become very disappointed. For half a year I have been waiting to get my bonus paid out, but it never happens - although it says on my account that it will happen in the next couple of days. I have also tried to contact customer service five times, but I have never gotten a response.

It takes 6-12 months before the bonus…
It takes 6-12 months before the bonus get accepted. After that you cant do the payout, and they dont answer at costumer service.
