Ordered a watch on Nov 17, 2019 with 1-3 express shipping, it is Dec 9, 2019 I still have not got the watch and there is no tracking information at all. I have try to contact the company many times through many different ways: email, Instagram, and Facebook. They read the messages, but just completely ignore it. They have changed the "Fulfillment Status" to "Fulfilled", without no tracking information and just said "Shipped". Worst communication ever, I will like a FULL REFUND. Everyone, stay away from this company, they do not deserve your money and your time. I have to learn the hard way.

I have ordered a watch on 19/11 and up to this day I did not receive my order.
Even though I received two e-mails from the costumer service saying it has finally been sent, I haven’t heard from UPS about the shipment and never received any information to answer the e-mails I personally sent to Bonvier about it.
The promise of a delivery time between 2 and 5 days is definitely not kept and I am very disappointed. I hope I will get my watch by Christmas, otherwise I’ll have to ask for a refund.

Hi Bonvier. I ordered one of your beautiful watches sunday night, but I have not recieved any confirmation E-mail and tracking number. Besides that, it says that my watch will be delivered in 3-5 workdays - it has not been delivered yet...

It has been a bad experience for me... I purchased the watch... On one hand it arrived me very late on the other hand the sent me the wrong item watch

The same situation: purchasing process was fine, got the confirmation immediately as well as the e-mail about sending both packages, but none of them was transferred to UPS for over a week now.
Also no replies for my 2 e-mails. Really poor service. I will not shop at Bonvier again.

When placing the order everything seemed fine, I almost immediately received a confirmation. But so far no further info has come to me, also no replies have been sent to 2 emails I send to "info@bonvier"

I am writing to you again because I am very disappointed in the quality of services provided by the Bonvier store. It has been almost a month since I placed the order and it was a month ago that we made transactions where both parties undertook to do what the purchase and sale agreement contains. The end result is that almost 30 days have passed, I paid for the service and it was not completed. What's more, after contacting you, you assured me that you would do everything in your power to help, but nothing like that happened and I didn't get any information.

(Edit) love the watches and still wear them now 2024.
(First review)2 issues here:
1st:
- Took payment and failed to send the watch
- Only send a replacement after 2 emails
2nd:
- Sent the wrong watch and have failed to respond to 4 emails
- PayPay are now involved
- It's been 6 weeks since I ordered the watch

I ordered a watch a few weeks ago, soon after that I was told that there would be a slight delay and I would be shipped within two days. Another week later I still have not heard any updates even after I have emailed asking for an update. Disappointed and worried if I have been scammed.

7 days since i ordered 2 watches, not a single word from the support, no tracking number or anything. I just received an e - mail almost after the order that for me looks like an automated template telling me my delivery have a slightly delay and they mention UPS, not Fedex that i choose.
Update :
Finally got the tracking number after some time trying to reach the support and the watches actually arrived today.
Its the second time i ordered from bonvier, seems like its always some kind of issues with the delivery, maybe remove the 1-3 days delivery worldwide if you know you cant follow it.
The watches are nice though and i would probably order again because of that.

Bonvier promise me watch for free for such a long Time of waiting, and after 2 weeks i get it.

Delayed shipment. Had to contact Bonvier per mail just to know when I could expect my order to arrive. Watch stopped running after just 5 months, likely due to poor battery quality. Design of watches pretty minimalistic.
Overall not very impressed with this company.
