Great experience overall. Everything has been smooth. No issues, no blocked or frozen funds, and the platform works reliably.
What stands out the most is the support: whenever I reach out or suggest new features, the team responds quickly and is actually willing to implement improvements when relevant. That level of responsiveness is rare and very appreciated.

Everything has been smooth and reliable
I’ve been very satisfied with this payment processor so far. Before working with them, I was using Stripe, but they suddenly blocked my account without any clear explanation and held over 20 000€ that my customers had paid for a completely legitimate service. It was a very frustrating experience and created serious cash-flow issues for my business.
Since switching to Bonzai, everything has been smooth and reliable. Payments are processed without unexpected interruptions and I haven’t experienced any of the arbitrary account limitations I faced before. That peace of mind alone makes a huge difference when running a business.
Their support team is also a major plus. They’re always responsive, helpful, and actually take the time to look into questions or issues quickly. You can reach a real person who understands your situation and provides clear answers.
Overall, the combination of reliability, stability, and reactive support makes Bonzai a much better experience for my needs.

Trash ! Been rejected with no explanation and they respond late ! They lack communication as well as not being in time for our Google call was stranded for 20 mins waiting in the call had to reschedule 3 days later, don’t recommend it’s worst than stripe
