No honesty and no financial transparency at this company. They steal the customers as unsubscriping is nearly impossible. They charged me despite i informed by email not to do

In 2024, I purchased Stunning’s Tier 3 Lifetime Deal for $799 (one-time payment, no recurring fees). According to the archived pricing page (available via Wayback Machine), Tier 3 included unlimited websites, free hosting, unlimited visitors, white labeling, and all future updates included.

Recently, when logging into my account, my plan now shows as “legacy Tier 3” with zero credits, and I’m required to purchase credits in order to create a website. This directly contradicts the original lifetime terms that advertised unlimited websites with no recurring or usage-based fees.

I have reached out multiple times via email and publicly for clarification, including setting a response deadline. I have not received a reply.

I understand that companies evolve their pricing models. However, changing a one-time lifetime deal into a credit-based model after purchase materially alters what was sold.

I am still open to resolving this directly if the original Tier 3 LTD terms are honored. Until then, I am documenting my experience so other buyers can make informed decisions.

I invested in the tier 2 Lifetime Deal (LTD) during this product's infancy, effectively funding its development when the platform was still too buggy for professional use. Now that the product is getting matured (and still buggy), the founders have retroactively stripped away the core features and AI credits that were explicitly promised in the original agreement.

To be clear: early adopters are now being asked to pay a monthly subscription for the very features we already purchased upfront. This isn't just a "change in business model" - it is a fundamental breach of trust and a failure to honor a legal sale.

Buying an LTD is an act of faith in a startup's roadmap. By reneging on these terms, the founders have proven they do not value their earliest backers. I cannot recommend a company that views its original contracts as optional.

token is not cheap and of i ask question in chat "with no code change" it cumsume alot of tokens from my credits

Unfortunately, the website has many issues and takes a long time to load.
Also, the biggest problem is that the first part of the website has already used up the 1000 units, meaning it didn’t even complete one full website yet.

The biggest win for me is speed. You can go from an idea in your head to a live website much faster than with traditional builders. The AI takes care of structure, content, and layout, which saves a lot of time—especially if you don’t want to start from a blank page.

The model's success rate in fulfilling its requirements is good, but the rate at which points are consumed for implementing a simple modification to the created sites is very high.
