I never had a supply concern and only…
I never had a supply concern and only bought these as a supplement. I took fenugreek with my last baby and it worked well but tasted awful. These biscuits are a delicious way of getting in the fenugreek and other beneficial ingredients. As mentioned my supply hasn't been a concern this time however I can say I do feel slightly fuller with these and really wish I knew about them when I had my son.
I would definitely recommend them.
