I drank the raspberry leaf tea as recommended from 32 weeks, I was 3 cm when I had my first sweep a couple of days after my due date, labored quickly and efficiently within 3 hours baby had arrived. Whether or not that was down to the raspberry leaf tea, I don't know. Postnatally I have drunk the hot chocolate as a treat, personally, I don't think it's the nicest flavour I've ever had. I would say it's just average. And while it recommends drinking it with oat milk, it's definitely nicer with cow's milk in my opinion. Equally can't say it has made any difference with my supply but you never know when ebf.

Brilliant company! Having accidentally purchased the wrong tea, the team were fantastic throughout the whole process of exchanging the item. Really friendly and responsive customer service. I brought both the hot chocolate and tea for breastfeeding support and performance wise it has worked amazingly for me personally, my supply has basically doubled

Taste wise is where I was disappointed, not so much in the tea because I thought it tasted quite nice, but the hot chocolate in my opinion tasted quite bad, very bitter

Bought both the breastfeeding tea and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate tastes lovely and the tea is also good (and I’m not a big fan of herbal teas!).
Only marking down one as the teabags seem to split easily and I’ve had a few split ones.

Really like the breastfeeding tea! I'm not certain if it helped my supply but it definitely kept me hydrated! It's also a fair price.

Both the tea and hot chocolate are delicious, I’ve no idea if they helped my supply but my supply did improve whilst I was drinking it but this may have been due to other factors like baby cluster feeding etc. I plan to order some more because I enjoyed them so much and the quality is really good. Downside is the price, so it’s a bit of a treat.

My mum bought me a china tea cup & some hot mama tea bags for Christmas.
I can't recommend these infusions enough. I have an autoimmune condition & they're incredibly helpful for inflammation. They have beautiful subtle tastes, absolutely divine!

Peppermint actually decreases your milk supply. Don't recommend this tea because of that reason.

Easy to navigate. I bought the tea as a gift so cannot tell about flavour. I do love the concept of this company as it can be hard to find pregnancy safe teas. I know they sell for other purposes as well and that is great.

I drink a lot of tea. I’ve tried a lot of different brands for herbal tea and this is my favourite of all time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing quality, taste and price.

Lovely brand and packaging. Was nervous to try as I’m not usually a fan of herbal tea but the final push raspberry leaf with peppermint is yummy! I think the added peppermint makes it easy to drink.
Only giving 4* as 3 teas bags spilt and had to use my own loose tea leaves infuser which is annoying.
2nd discount code in my follow up email to order more doesn’t work but email didn’t have an expiry date when to use it by.
