5 stars, my milk up tea arrived quickly and well packaged. Bethan and her team are doing a really wonderful job, and I can highly recommend the milk up tea.
I know there may be people who say it doesn’t work for them but I can say it has helped my milk supply. Even though my supply is ok I wanted to make sure that if I ever have a decrease I have a way to help keep it up plus I love the taste of aniseed.

Amazing Teas
I think I have tried every pregnancy and postpartum tea HotTeaMama has to offer and all I can say is WOW.. every single one works as it says it will. I can Rave forever about ‘Milks up’ in particular, I really notice a difference in my milk supply if i don’t drink this every day!
