Casino will not pay winnings

Casino will not pay winnings. Sent in every thing they asked for. Identification front and back and a bill with name and address and a direct deposit form from the bank showing that this is my account with all the banking info on it and still not good enough. They only owe me 50 dollars and I am sure I will never see it but I am for sure going to tell every one I know to stay clear of this place.

They are denying withdrawal for incorrect reasons , stay away it's SCAM

I deposited and got 77free spins , I wagered the bonus amount and I received a notification in mi account that the amount was wagered .
Then I continued to play and won 1080 euro .
I made a withdrawal request but was denied because the agent said that when I wagered mi bets were above 10 percent of the bonus .
From the 77 free spins I won only 2 euro and I completely wagered bi 25times this amount as in terms and conditions. Since I got notified in mi account that all is ok I continued to play and won fair 1080 euro only to find out from the agent that he denied it .
It is ridiculous that for a 2 euro bonus that I wagered I get denied 1080 eur.
The difference is astronomical .
Spoke with a lot of agents and was passed from a department to another with automatic replies.
If you can help I would really appreciate as it's is unacceptable for such an amount to be just erased from mi winnings .
I placed a complaint but no reply yet so if you can help it would be highly appreciated .

🚫 Unfair Bonus Restriction Just for Being a Smart Player

My experience with BooCasino started off okay, but ended in major disappointment.

I received a no-deposit bonus and started playing strategically. Little by little, I was increasing my balance — playing clean and fair. Just when I was close to reaching the minimum amount to withdraw, the casino restricted my access to bonuses and games.

Their excuse? I had a “very favorable withdrawal ratio.” So basically, they penalized me for knowing how to play and win. I didn’t abuse anything — I just made smart moves with the little I had.

To make things worse, this happened right after I asked in live chat — politely and jokingly — when the promised bonus would arrive, since the system had been saying “one more day” for several days. Instead of responding properly, they flagged my account.

Support gave me a copy-paste message saying it was “temporary,” but all my progress was lost.

If you’re a player who knows how to manage your bankroll or use bonuses wisely, be careful with BooCasino. It feels like they only want players who lose money — not those who actually think before playing.

I’ve had nothing but problems with Boo…

I’ve had nothing but problems with Boo Casino. They keep sending me bonus spin offers, but when I try to use them, the winnings get unfairly adjusted or even voided without warning. For example, I redeemed birthday bonus spins and won 86 cents, then another bonus spin offer replaced those winnings with just 40 cents. When I asked support why, they just pointed me to their policies without any real explanation or help. They don’t warn you upfront about these rules, so you end up losing out. It feels like they’re more interested in confusing players than being fair. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this casino to anyone.
