Do not purchase the monthly advent calendar is the only negative thing I can say.

Customer services was very quick today, how ever the withdrawal process is VERY slow compared to Spinbet who pay out within 24 hours. I like the range of games and the weekend $5 for 77 spins bonus.

I couldn’t remember my Password… should…

I couldn’t remember my Password… should be an easy fix ? Right … Not !!! I sent an email to “Support” who said they sent a link to my email address…No email was sent (I checked my Spam Folder, Trash Bin, and all emails). Could NOT find the email to reset my Password. Was told “Live Chat” could do that…same thing…they sent me a 4-digit code until I could change my Password. That didn’t work either. Live chat sent another code…again didn’t work…! I went back and forth from Support and Live Chat, probably 6 times…the issue hasn’t been resolved yet as of May 3, 2025!!! I’m frustrated… I believe I had over $200.00 in my account, can’t access because I forgot my password!!! So I STILL CAN’T login as of May 4, 2025! On Live Chat… I spend about just under an hour every single time I try to help me get logged in!!! I’m NOT A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! I think I started this process in the beginning of March…and still can’t login!!!

Ive played numerous online gambling…

Ive played numerous online gambling sites and they are the worse.
After playing this casino on and off for over a year i finally attempted to cash out. In order to make a withdraw they required additional information to confirm my identity. They had absolutely no problem accepting my deposits but it was 100% required to make a withdraw. One thing they required was a bank statement that provided specific information. My bank statement did not meet their requirements so they refused payment. When I contacted the support chat they did not in any way try to help me find a solution only stated I needed to provide a bank statement with information my bank did not include on said statement. When I asked for a solution they did absolutely nothing to help me and stated if the information couldn't be provided (I can't control what's on the statement) that likely they would close.my account and keep the funds.
In my opinion they are thiefs and with the many other options for online play boocasino is absolutely not worth a cent of your money. Do yourself a favor and play elsewhere

I had a bonus void and deposit 50 to withdrawal 50 then the bonus rejected and they cancelled the bonus and deducted the bonus balance and returned my 50 dollars there was no bonus attached to my account anymore I play that real 50 up to 100 my withdrawal was rejected and 50 of my real money was deducted never got it back i played again ran it back up to 100 only this time I was able to withdrawal it and I'm still down 50 of the real money they stole. talked to support for over a week and they did absolutely nothing about it I requested they look at my game history and they do and they keep talking about the wrong withdrawal I keep telling them I'm down 50 from the second withdrawal sites a scam takes a week to withdrawal if you're lucky u get to seems like they want a fight when it comes to pay out the support has to be ai or bot oh yeah update after I got to withdrawal 101 I talked to support and they told me they capped my withdrawals to 101 so I guess if you fight for your money you're going to get punished by the site they did everything to keep it

This website is a scam on 5 different occasions I made deposits with my own money of 20 euro each deposit and had built up a Balance 135 on one occasion 45 on another 30 on another and two amounts of 75 on different dates and occasions I chose to withdraw my winnings and on every single occasion they came after 3 days of waiting on my withdrawal that due to their bonus and wagering rules I cannot receive my funds and all winnings were voided from my account due to their conditions. This was my own deposit so no bonus was used and also I had to enquire where the withdrawal was on all occasions as everytime I checked it was in process do not use this site use a reputable site like William Hill or 888 they are governed by Gambling Authority Regulations this crowd is operating under Maltas rules and you will probably never get any winnings you make up from your own deposit they always have some excuse not to pay your legitimate winnings please be aware of non big name sites they are normally to good to be through. I also got 25 free spins and won 15 euro the balance disappeared before my eyes and I never used it. Bizarre then they have the audacity to say we hope you will remain a loyal customer. Never again
