I’ve purchased several garments from Boody UK and I’m so impressed every time. The fabric is incredibly soft, breathable, and feels amazing on the skin. I'm always cautious when buying online, especially from social media ads so I always check trustpilot reviews. I have to say, delivery was fast and the quality of the items are excellent. Sizing is spot on even though I thought they were going to be too small when I opened the packet. I will definitely be purchasing from Boody again.

Quickly replaced bra which snapped after four months
I've loved everything I've bought from Boody. When one bra strap snapped four months after I bought it, I contacted their customer service and it was quickly replaced after discussing preferred alternatives. The initial response is from an automated AI assistant but after providing the necessary details it was quickly passed on to a helpful human being.

I have bought two items of clothing and I am delighted with them both.

I am totally crazy about my Boody underwear, it’s soft and comfy. I decided to try it due to having psoriasis in sensitive areas and it’s worked a treat no further irritation even in summer temps of 35 degrees! Ordering is easy and delivery quick, great packaging. Thank you!

Comfort with a wow
I've been searching for a non-wired but great looking AND supportive bra for over a year and thankfully came across Boody. This underwear is comfortable but with a wow, the fit is great, so flattering and keep their shape. Have now bought 3 sets and couldn't recommend more.

An updated review, a better experience!
In this updated review I will try to outline my honest personal experience. I had previously left a 1 start rating and review after a negative experience with my first time ordering from this company.
I hadn’t received my items in the time I had expected to, the customer service seemed to be very slow in responding and some reviews highlighted that they felt the quality of the clothes were poor. I decided to try and cancel the order but could not. After I left a review, their customer service did contact me to try to explain why I hadn’t received the items. Through a few emails back and forth they were able to help me.
In fact their customer experience manager was extremely helpful and would always respond quickly to the emails. I felt that they really wanted me to receive the order and have a better experience.
After finally receiving the items I wanted to see the quality for myself. And I was pleasantly surprised. The quality was so soft and well made. The colours were exactly as the pictures online and they were extremely comfortable. So much so that I have just ordered some more and they have been dispatched quickly.
All in all I can say that this is a good company and they are trying their best and it was unfortunate that my initial experience was not so positive.
The reason it is 4 stars and not 5 is because I had to deal with all of this whilst working abroad for a few weeks and was quite bothersome.

Great products - love them
I’m new to the boody experience & purchased the t-shirt bra initially. I was so impressed I’ve now bought another 3 bras, various styles of briefs & a nightie. And OMG do I love my nightie. The quality & the softness of the fabric makes it a delight to wear. It doesn’t cling, it’s warm without being hot & it feels luxurious. I’ll probably end up with at least one of everything. Definitely worth the money but beware - it is addictive 😂

So happy with my Boody experience
So happy with my Boody experience. I found them while looking for bra recommendations and have been so pleasantly surprised. I'd go as far to say the bras are life changing. I no longer experience horrible pain and discomfort as a result of badly fitting bras or under wires and yet I'm well supported. I threw out all my old bras and replaced them because there's nothing like feeling comfortable at the end of a long day in a bra.
I took a chance on a jumpsuit also and fell in love so hard that I ended up buying another. And maybe well buy more since they're basically my personality now. So comfy, such cool fabric, perfect for summer.
