I could not be happier overall with everything!
Firstly I placed an order and bought two of their bras, knickers and socks. The order was slightly late but they were prompt to keep me updated which I definitely appreciated!
Once the order arrived I checked the items and the quality it is truly exceptional! Nothing I’ve ever felt and worn before in underwear. Breathable fabrics very stretchy but also very supportive and surprisingly flattering too. The socks were also amazing felt like walking on a cloud, loved the cushioning inside. Though the bras were small and I had to exchange them for a larger size. The process was seamless very easy and understanding and the new ones arrived on time. Once they arrived they fitted well but still were not the right fit for my bust (big bust problems) so I reached out to their customer service. I was left in awe by their quick responses (same day) and how much effort and truly care they put into making sure their customers are left happy and satisfied! They went above and beyond with making sure I have the right fit and am pleased.
I could not be happier! I will be ordering more products very very soon!

What a fantastic company! Not only am I in love with the products, but when I had a delivery issue, they were incredibly responsive and helped me solve my issue immediately. The underwear as well as the clothing is incredibly soft and comfortable - I will be supporting this brand for many years to come, I think!

Great quality clothing items, I recently bought 3 vest tops and they are all a lovely fit. I love the natural fabric as I am sensitive to many synthetic items. They are worth the cost. I also have 3 bra tops that I bought a year ago and they are still great despite many washes. I will continue to be a customer thanks to the quality.

Have placed several orders with Boody now across the range (bras, women's underwear, men's underwear, and women's clothing). It has all been such amazing quality and one time there was an issue with an item, the team sorted it out super quick and issued a replacement.
I recommend Boody to anyone and everyone and it's quickly become one of my favourite brands!

Boody went to great lengths to solve my problem with the sizing chart and to replace the bras I had ordered with ones that then fitted perfectly. They took the time to answer my questions in detail and were always friendly and understanding.

Trouble with the delivery company- Boody instantly put A Real Person on it (not AI) who listened and responded actively and intelligently to the problem. I ended up getting a full refund AND the items I was waiting for- because they didn’t stop pursuing the delivery company until the items appeared on my doorstep. Really impressed with this commitment to customer service, consistent follow up daily from the same person (so I didn’t have to keep retelling the details) until the problem was solved. And really love the underwear- have been buying from them for years and can’t really imagine wearing anything else now- it’s so comfortable and wears so well, so is great value for money too. Truly top marks all round.

My experience was great I have to say. I love the quality and comfort of the products: they feel light, comfortable and supportive. I had to exchange one of the items I ordered because it was too small and their exchange platform is very smooth. The team also gave me a hand and their responsiveness was outstanding. I am really pleased to have discovered this brand, I like to do a fair bit of jogging and biking and hiking and gym work - and even with well know r-underwear, I was getting terrible chafing!
Boody has been an absolute revelation, I love the shorts and the full briefs, no more chafing!

Beautiful, quality bras. Trial & error to getting the right size, but once you know, I’m sure you’ll be hooked & stock up. I had to do a return before I found the right size. I found sizes run slightly different in different styles.

The most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn. Love the new emerald green colour and can’t wait for new colours to be introduced .

Great underwear. The greenish bra is my favourite and I have it in all available colours. Pants are comfy . I’ve also have t shirt bras which support me, look great and again are comfy
