Shame, but I will not be buying again
I really loved Boody underwear, really comfortable - until one by one they started to fray round the legs - long dangly threads. Boody sent replacements 3x but, guess what, they too started to fray. I can’t believe I am the only customer this has happened to? I hope Boody follow through as promised and investigate with their manufacturer in China why this is happening. Sadly I won’t be buying any more as they aren’t cheap and don’t live up to what I expect. I will be returning to good old Target underwear, also made in China, which last for years with no fraying!

Misleading Promotions and Poor Handling of My Order
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Boody. Their promotions are misleading and their system lacks transparency. I used my Lounge Points expecting to also receive the free Post-Surgery Bra offer, only to find out later that their discounts can’t be combined — something that was not made clear before checkout.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that my order couldn’t be changed or cancelled once placed. This is not acceptable, as under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have a 14-day legal right to cancel online orders for any reason. Company policy does not override consumer law.
Although Boody reinstated my Lounge Points as a gesture of goodwill, that doesn’t change the fact that their promotional messaging was unclear and their response ignored my statutory rights. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and has completely eroded my trust in the brand.
I expected better transparency and respect for customers’ rights from a company that promotes itself as ethical and customer-focused. I won’t be ordering from Boody again unless they take real steps to improve how they handle promotions, cancellations, and refunds.

Deserves 6 stars for overall experience
All the products I've bought (base layers and undies) are fabulous quality and great value for money. But a real shout-out here for Boody customer service, everything you want from a modern online retailer. Deserves 6 stars if I could them that as they blow the competition out of the water!

Disappointing!
I love Boody products & thought it was an ethical company when it sent me a discount code CUSTOMERCARE15 as a goodwill gesture when they weren't able to fulfil my order. However, the code says it's invalid when I tried to buy other items & checkout. There are plenty of other companies who offer similar great products so I'll be using them from now on!
**ADDED 29/9/25 IN RESPONSE TO BOODY UK** In my opinion, a goodwill gesture discount code should not be liable to restrictions such as minimum spend or expiry date, otherwise it's not a goodwill gesture at all!!

Brilliant customer service
I ordered two bras less than a year ago. The seams started ripping as the hook at the back was getting twisted. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and asked for some pictures. They provided an explanation and apology for the issue and offered to either send me replacements or credit for the amount I purchased them for. I have now got two new bras and as I said to them, if I didn't like the bras and comfort so much, I wouldn't have even repurchased. Overall, lovely products and brilliant, fast customer service.

Needs Improvement
I ordered online, then emailed within five minutes to request cancellation. They would not cancel the order. The product may be good; however, this is something that should be fixed. Also, not interested in Boody sending a 'nice little' response. You had an opportunity to do that via the phone calls and messages that I left you.
