I have made several orders with Boody, but on this occasion I mistakenly ordered the wrong socks. After dreading the whole return process and thinking I would have to make a new order I contacted customer service. They were great my return was arranged and the correct socks ordered all in one process. And because I was wanting to replace the socks not just get a refund I was given an extra £5 credit.

Boody have the best selection of sustainable, super comfortable underwear and bedwear. Highly recommended and 5* from me!

Brilliant customer service also, needed to exchange a couple of bras for a smaller size and they were extremely helpful and the exchange arrived quickly. Perfect.

Love Boody products as the quality is always spot on. In fact I only wear Boody bras now as they are so comfy and flattering, I could never go back to a hook and eye/ underwire design again. Also a shout out to customer service specifically Cherry. When the delivery company lost my order Cherry dispatch a replacement super fast and clearly cared about achieving a positive outcome. I have recommend this brand to friends and family based on these factors.

Had a horrible experience. I spent quite a lot of money on a big order, for their courier to never deliver it. I had to chase customer service at BOODY up on it, then when I tracked it, it was returned to sender. On top of that, instead of just sending it back to me, they returned the items and gave them to someone else and then email me telling me 3 of the items are now out of stock and don’t know when they will be back in stock…

Great customer service, really good quality products and quick delivery. They've also got a great customer loyalty programme and very good prices and offers. I like their website, which is easy to navigate. There are a couple of other bamboo specialist online B Corps that I've tried, but I think, so far, Boody is the best.

I had some frustrations with the website and ordering what I wanted, besides waiting some days for response to my queries. In the end everything was sorted out to my satisfaction except for the free gift which I missed in the wait!

The products are really nice quality and survive the wash remarkably well. I have bought bras, dresses and pajamas from this company - pajamas are the clear winner, though the maxi dresses are generally excellent quality and I feel I will have them a long time. Delivery was prompt and nicely packaged.

I have been so impressed by the support I have received from Ivy (Community Liaison). She has been wonderful in helping me find the right size bra, made the exchange process super easy and enabled the whole process to work smoothly. I now have the right sized bra which is supportive and soft. The low back style is great and comfortable to wear.

Great product. Had delivery problems, but as soon as I got in touch with BOODY, they were so helpful and resolved the problem

Really love all of the quality bamboo clothing.

However, the packaging, ie a box, arrives open at one end due to very poor closing procedure. Thankfully my items were still in the box but this has happened twice now and really puts me off from ordering.

Bought four pairs of bamboo pyjama bottoms and cannot believe how comfortable they are and how they have transformed my sleeping experience.

I really wish I had discovered Boody’s products years ago rather than having to endure M&S’s very uncomfortable cotton pyjamas.

I was surprised how heavy the pyjamas were when I unpacked them but they feel amazing to wear and I am so delighted that they stay put and don’t ride up.

Delivery was super fast too. I ordered them on Sunday and they were waiting for me in the porch on Tuesday.

I shall be exploring more of their bamboo clothing after having such a positive experience.

These are the most comfy bras I've ever worn. So nice not having to use hooks, eyes, poppers etc!
I'd prefer natural cotton or bamboo inserts/padding but heyho, it's all good!

Bumped into this brand on Instagram and decided to try it. Unfortunately I choose the wrong size so I had to experience the return and replace process, which was probably one of the best ever seen. And product are great as well!!

Boody underwear is so very comfortable to wear and absolutely fantastic quality. I now never want to wear anything else. The best I’ve ever experienced in 69 years. I first bought two full bust T-shirt bras in the right measurement size but they didn’t fit me well, maybe because I’m a mature woman, so they refunded my order and I bought the full bust non-wired versions in the same size (M), & they fit beautifully. Boody’s customer service team is fantastic- they were extremely helpful and communicative. I have since ordered more of the pants and two more bras. Their products are fabulous!

First time I order. Read bad reviews regarding delays in shipping, but did not experience this - shipment was delivered as expected. Satisfied with product as well, very soft fabric. Returns super easy. Top company.

These are the best bras I’ve ever worn and have purchased hundreds of other brand names over the years and nothing comes close. Love the thick band though I would love to see a ‘bustier’ design where the band goes down to the waist. Can’t recommend this lingerie enough Well done ladies !
