Boody clothing has changed my life! I have a skin condition that make areas hyper sensitive and the softness and comfort of everything I have bought from Boody makes my life better. When I get up in the morning and it’s a horrible cold day I just layer undies, trousers and tops till I feel like I’m being given a warm hug.

The speed of delivery is exceptional and quality is fab and so comfy absolutely love Boody. Oh and yes I will be back and this will be my 3rd Oder well worth it.

Ordered from the company 16working days ago. Items shipped 15days ago. No update on tracking in 10 working days. Emailed company and am basically being fobbed off. Delay tactics asking me to confirm my address, if that was the issue I’d have emailed to say that. Seems like they dont want to admit this package has clearly gone missing.

Very frustrating company to deal with if you have any issues .
One of my items is faulty and I have had no response or resolution so I am left with a bra that is uncomfortable to wear .
Very frustrating as no contact number or anyone to talk to.

Will not be ordering again

Love Boody! I couldn’t find a comfy bra for years and eventually stopped wearing them, opting for vests for extra support/warmth. Then I found Boody and that was a game changer. I find the bras sooo comfortable, i wear them all day without discomfort, they provide enough support and have a good shape. Never looking back or getting any other bras.
Underwear too is super comfy - nice designs and good amount of stretch.

Items bought in Black Friday sale, nowhere on the site, invoice or items are they marked "final sale". Refund refused! although items unopened. How is a customer supposed to know what is final sale????? Also do not adhere to UK law regarding online selling. Going to investigate how they manage to evade UK law while selling to UK customers from a UK site!!!!!!

Very disappointed in this company. Socks I ordered arrived dirty, they first told me they won’t ask to return but need to investigate how it happened. After a day or so they emailed to say I could wash them and if the dirt comes out they will refund me 20% of the cost, they were for a stocking filler so not really an option. Or they would Send me a label and I could parcel them up and then they would send me a replacement, not really worth the hassle on a cheap pair of socks, would cost me More in fuel, wrapping and taking to drop off point.
Nice products but if you have an issue not really helpful at all. Overall very disappointed

The bra and knickers I ordered are beautifully comfortable. I've not worn a non wired bra before but I feel fully supported. It's like I'm not wearing it! Love it.
My partner has ordered the men's briefs and loves them.

I'm trying to buy quality clothes with minimal plastic content and I'm very pleased with my purchases from Boody. The products feel great and wash well and I think the quality is good enough that they should last a long time

I love your products, I have known it for 10 years. The parcels arrived very fast. The team is helpful , responded very quickly to my problem and solved it (a parcel was broken and product missing).

Literally the comfiest bra I’ve ever owned! Shapely and supportive, no mono boob here, but without that dreadful underwired ‘can’t wait to take it off’ feeling even at the end of the longest day. Softly padded where it’s needed, looks fabulous under a T shirt. Washes beautifully. No complaints at all and the price (even without BFD) is great!

Great choice of underwear . Great quality . Evri sucks though . Great prices . Really good customer service and eco friendly. My Girlfriend is going to be super happy

Nice enough products but they don’t comply with UK distance selling laws. Won’t allow returns of “final sale” items and also don’t refund original postage if you return the whole order. This is made clear on their website, but that doesn’t mean it’s ok for them to just disregard UK laws. I don’t understand how big companies like this think they can and should get away with it. If you want to sell in the UK, abide by the rules, it’s not hard. There is simply no excuse. Telling people in advance that you don’t comply with laws is not an excuse.
I hope they decide to sort themselves out.

UPDATE - pleasant reply but as expected they have tried to brush it off because they’re clear on their policy.
Final sale must still be able to be returned under UK law.
Original postage charges should be refunded if whole order is returned.
It doesn’t matter if they’re more generous on other aspects, these two things are consumer law. They either know and are happy to break the law, or were ignorant of the rules. But now they’ve been told they should change it, but no, they just say no but in a nicey nicey way. I’ve changed my review to 1* - big companies should not be able to break the law, it insults us all when they do.

Another excellent order Boody. I know can’t wear any other jammies and have 3 pairs! The base layer was brilliant for my daughter, bit tight for me so will need to reorder a small! The products, ethos, service, contact and follow up are all superb :)

Great quality and comfortable products, delivered on time. Second order and I think I’m a convert.

I thought I’d try a bra with permanent padding since losing weight. However sadly not nearly as good as the bra with removable pads I had had for some years. The padding moves around when washed making it difficult to replace correctly.

Fantastic company with great products and customer service. Would highly highly recommend.

We love Boody clothes...they are top quality, soft and comfortable. Easy to order and to return and delivered promptly. Customer service is excellent...the response is quick, friendly and compassionate. An item that arrived damaged got replaced straight away.

First order. Qualified for a free return label but no download link available. I emailed to query this. Nothing. Not impressed and reluctant to use them again.
