Very disappointed

Bought 3 high waisted G strings but very disappointed with them. Nothing special and the g string part is too long Vs the size of the main part. Not a fan. Sits weirdly. Noone wants a loose g string! As I tried on one I'm stuck with it (annoying, you can return swimwear etc so why don't you put the little protective pads in your underwear for people to try on?! Seems a con since you are online only there is no choice but to pay for 1). Now I've submitted my return request and have to wait for them to confirm it...also annoying

Hands down best bras EVER!

I’ve bought several bras and I love them all. Super comfy, reasonably priced and good quality. I did have a small issue with one but the customer service was great and it was quickly replaced, no issues. Will buy all my bras from them in future.

Received a faulty bra but contacting…

Received a faulty bra but contacting them to get a refund is impossible. They just don’t answer. I’ve sent 20 emails and numerous messages but it seems they are the type of company to deliberately ignore you. I also paid twice for the p&p because paying when you buy your products doesn’t work. You get charged again at the post office. Scam company.

Great products & customer service

I was very happy with the Bras and trousers I bought. Everything so soft, comfortable & good quality. When I washed one of my bras I had some difficulty with the padding. I emailed customer service and had a really quickly, helpful and friendly response which solved my issue in a matter of a few short minutes. I will definitely use company again and recommend to friends.

Leak proof, leaks every time.

I bought the Period & Leak Proof Full Brief Overnight because it is meant to handle heavy flow. I wore them four times and had leaks three times. I ruined one pair of trousers and two of my favourite pyjamas, which is really not what you expect from something sold for overnight use.

I have been using period pants for over 10 years and have never had issues like this with other brands. I honestly cannot believe that in 2025, some brands still do not know how to make proper heavy flow period pants. The only explanation I can think of is that I was sent the wrong product, as the light flow versions look very similar, or the brand has a very different idea of what heavy flow actually is.

What makes this more frustrating is that they are genuinely comfortable. The fabric is soft, and they sit well, especially on a bloated endo belly, which is why I really wanted them to work. Unfortunately, comfort does not compensate for constant leaks. I left a review on their website, which wasn't published.

UPDATE - minimum £90 to unlock “freebie”

I’m so disappointed with this company. After spending hundreds of pounds of my hard-earned cash with them, and praising them to anyone who’d listen, they’ve massively let me down I feel.

They sent out marketing texts and emails alerting customers to the much-hyped and highly anticipated “evergreen” shade returning to stock. A countdown was announced and advertised. As a keen customer I duly logged in to Boody on the day of release, only to find that the aforementioned shade was NOT, in fact, available to buy at all: no; better still - Boody tells us - it’s free! All you have to do to secure your items is spend £90 first, then they’ll give us it.

Digest that. You can’t buy the item they’ve told you about. You need to spend almost £100. They have built up their customers’ hopes, only to tell those who cannot afford the £90 minimum spend that “we’re sorry this drop didn’t land as you expected”! I feel that this a) exploits customer loyalty; b) discriminates against those worse-off customers, and c) extorts money from those desperate enough to fork out.

I complained to the company directly who told me “we understand it’s frustrating when a drop doesn’t land as expected”. No, Boody, don’t advertise something that you WON’T actually be putting on sale at all! And don’t, in these times, expect customers to have a minimum spend so high that it is out of reach to many of your loyal customers. That has made me rethink the ethics of this company. I won’t buy from them again. I found a lovely company called Step One and they sell much the same stuff. It’s cheaper, and they don’t pull stunts like that. Never again Boody.

I too didn’t realise ‘final sale’ meant…

I too didn’t realise ‘final sale’ meant no returns especially when at the time I was advised to purchase a delivery pass that would enable me to return items for ‘free?’. I did so and purchased a selection of items only to find I couldn’t return them! I emailed but got no reply! Later I received an email asking me what I thought of my purchases! I told them still no reply!

I kept seeing Boody advertised all over…

I kept seeing Boody advertised all over social and am always looking for a good non wired bra. I’m so disappointed. Not supportive at all, I’m a 32C. The strap clasp digs into my back. I’m going to have to get rid of it as just not nice to wear.

I love Boody

I love Boody! It’s hard to find a company making shorts/boxer-style underwear for women. I tried a few and Boody were by far the best.

Ultimate comfort.

I first tried this brand because I was trying to be more ethical/environmentally friendly, but now it's just the sheer luxury of it. I was previously all about M&S when it came to underwear (no shade on M&S, they are great) but Boody is in a different league!
The fabric is so soft and comfortable, that what started as just underwear, is now T shirts, dresses, socks, pyjamas, basically most of my wardrobe. In particular, if you are a menopausal woman like myself, the cool and light feeling of the material really makes the hot flushes easier to deal with!
Everything also washes well and is really long lasting, so if the price seems steep, I have pants that are years old now, and still look and feel good as new.
On top of that, the company is very easy to deal with if you have any issues.
