Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. There was an issue with part of my order and i just want to shout out Ivy. They were super helpful in resolving the issue, quick to respond, and I was offered a free replacement which was immediately shipped within the hour of me confirming I would take the replacement. The other part of my order was perfect, super comfortable and supportive bras, suitable for larger busts. Would definitely order from here again!

I placed an order, or at least I thought I had but was confused when I received no confirmation. I contacted Boody and was delighted with their helpful response. They were great. I was able to place another order and received my purchases very quickly. I’m delighted with the fit and quality of everything and will definitely purchase more!
Fast customers service, good quality
I ordered three bras and was very surprised how well they felt and fit. I wanted to have some for regular days to prioritise comfort.
One of them, however, did not fit that well and was not built for my size. Creating a return shipping label on the website did not work, so I contacted them. Within a day I got an answer and a return shipping label. They were super nice and I think I will order again.
For those with a bigger bust: at first they might seem a bit strange, since they have no wire. But they are nice and comfortable. I would suggest going for one with more fabric under the cup, it'll make sure everything is in place :)
More greenwashing :(
I'm a relatively new customer but I've placed enough orders now to know that 1) the edging on the hipsters has come apart on two pairs in the 3 months that I've had them. That's not a good failure rate. The garments were replaced on both occasions but that's not the point, especially for the environment; and 2) in addition, the packaging is not at all eco-friendly and contradicts the company's supposed green ethos. It seems that whatever the size of the order (including one pair of replacement hipsters), it's placed in a large box which is costly to produce, transport and recycle. And it's a real pain that it can't be posted through the letter box. Even Amazon are now using thick paper bags. I have a photo that demonstrates this clearly but it can't be attached to this review - let me know if you want to see it Boody. Are you going to be changing your packaging any time soon? It's beginning to be a deal breaker.

Nothing in stock
First time on the website, and I haven't actually bought any products. I wanted to buy quite a lot of underwear, but couldn't. It was out of stock of every single item that was midi rise / black / size L. There was the occasional product where I could buy a single item, rather than an multi-pack but the price would quickly become ridiculous buying in any quantity. Plus the website jumps everywhere as images load, so it makes you feel a bit sick. These are just the basics to get right aren't they?
In response to your reply: I have managed many factories in my life and stock is not managed 'thoughtfully' if it isn't available for the customer to buy. And the fact that it isn't available until 24th Feb generally means it is coming from China in bulk, rather than being 'carefully crafted' in the UK.

Having problems getting correct bra…
Having problems getting correct bra size after breast surgery which has left me uneven. The first two bras turned out to be too small but no trouble to send them back. Waiting for a limited edition bra which may be the solution. Very sympathetic and helpful company. Would highly recommend.
The bamboo is nice but would size down in bras
I bought the wireless t-shirt bra, the unpadded seamfree crop bra and the shaper long undershorts.
I’ve just started having perimenopausal hot flushes so really appreciate the material being bamboo and not synthetic.
The t-shirt bra is a nice shape, I bought the size the website suggested but it’s not very supportive and wish I’d sized down. I’m a 36 C/D/DD (depending on the shape and brand) and bought the size XL.
In the seamfree crop bra I bought an L. This also is not supportive and if anything drags by boobs down! Who wants that! This bra is not adjustable in any way.
The shaper shorts are great! I’m size 16-18 and bought XL, they’re smoothing under e.g satin trousers and again the bamboo is fab!
Then I placed a 2nd order for bamboo pyjamas and I’m really pleased with these, they’re very soft and seem to wash well, but I’ve only washed them twice so far.
Super bralette
Super bralette - I’ve never had a bralette in my life as I was fat! Since losing a lot of weight my quest is to buy super underwear, even matching underwear. This bralette is soooo comfy I forgot I was wearing it!

Soft but Supportive
Genuinely the most comfortable underwear set I’ve ever worn. I’m replacing all my old underwear with these from now on. It doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing pants. I got the full bust t-shirt bra and it’s so soft but still supportive. Customer service was excellent when I needed it. I just wish I knew about the NHS discount before making such a big order! A swift bamboo conversion
Product quality and size as expected, quick delivery, minimally packaged. Husband immediately started sleeping in his new soft bamboo Ts, I had expected more loyalty to his lumpy old cotton ones, but he was seduced by comfort, in particular how much easier it is to turn over without heaving the duvet around.
Follow up to original review called Dire customer service- useless bots
I am prefacing my original 1 star review below with an update, having also upgraded the star rating to reflect the latest efforts by Boody. After posting the review at the bottom below, the customer service at the parent company in Australia finally contacted me promptly once given further details via Trustpilot. They took on board my complaint, recognised I had been badly served and finally followed up on shipping out the missing free bra, which arrived within 4 days, along with another free bra and briefs set as an apology for the hassle. They also asked me to forward all my original emails so they could investigate where things went so wrong before, which I duly did. Certainly they have responded as well as possible to a complaint posted via Trustpilot. Hopefully they can now also improve the direct email UK customer service for everyone! I’ve amended to 4 stars, to reflect prompt action after the original review, but still reference the very poor UK service that triggered my original review.
ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW
Firstly - products are great - well made and super comfortable.
My problem has been with the computer system process for adding a free gift offer to your order, and the subsequent dire follow up by the customer service department for the UK. I placed a larger order than i would otherwise have done in October 2025, tempted by the offer of a free bra and briefs set, if I reached certain order values. At checkout the process for adding the free items was behaving weirdly. I’d exceeded the order value needed for the free bra and also attained the level needed to add in the free briefs too. At checkout a choice between 2 different free bra styles was offered, and I selected my preferred one at least twice, expecting to see it add to the order, but nothing showed up on the total order. It also offered a place to add the free briefs - these did go into the basket, I assumed that the free bra would automatically be included since I couldn’t have got the free briefs unless I already qualified for the free bra. However, when my order was delivered no free bra was included- the system had failed to pick up my choice despite at least 2 attempts to choose my preferred bra.
I contacted customer service by email immediately but heard nothing and had to chase them 5 days later. It took 2 further emails to get any response at all on 23 Oct and that was still from a bot that ‘escalated’ my complaint to a human. The excuse for no bra was that it needed to be added by me during checkout- something I had explained checkout refused to let me do. Also said that a free gift couldn’t be given after checkout. The following day 24 Oct after another email from me explaining that I had tried several times to add the free bra during checkout and their system consistently failed to pick up my choice, an actual human replied, reiterating that the free gift had to go in the basket at checkout, BUT stating that as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ I would be sent the missing bra if I confirmed my style and size choice and address for delivery. I emailed these back immediately and …. NOTHING. No confirmation of receiving my email, no missing bra delivered to me. I chased AGAIN on 30 Oct. 31 Oct I suddenly received an automated email from their customer service asking me to rate ‘how they had done’ with my query to them! Needless to say my response was less than impressed- and I still received no reply from them. Having still received nothing, I finally tried one more time on 13 Nov, summarising all the previous emails and the offer they had made to send the bra ‘as a gesture of goodwill’. To date, not the slightest further acknowledgment they have seen my complaints.
In the meantime, their marketing department has no trouble bombarding me with frequent emails encouraging me to buy more from them, including with more ‘free’ gifts.
This company is bogged down in relying on useless AI to perform the functions that really need to be handled by a human with a brain. I was constantly fobbed off with ‘computer says no’ type reasons for the failure to include the free bra and clearly at the end, a computer overruled the one sensible offer made by a real human and sent my whole complaint down an AI black hole.
My advice - don’t be sucked in by their ‘free gift’ offers. Their order system isn’t up to managing them properly and you will get nowhere fast with the dire customer service system, which is entirely bot managed.
