Flight booked online, confirmation # received via email.
Day of travel at the airport, ticket agent advised me that my reservation was cancelled!
Did not receive a phone call or email advising of this cancellation.
As it was very important to be at my destination on this day, I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE SAME FLIGHT ON THE VERY SAME DAY!
Disgusting business practise! Will never use this website again and will advise other `warning`` websites i.e. TripAdvisor

I had issues with my ticket but Aldo gave prompt and excellent service to address the issues.

They changed my original flight time, which I agreed to. Get to the airport and there is no evidence of my ticket. No seat for me on the plane. Airfare would not help repeatedly saying Delta cancelled our flight. Would not help AND kept telling me I missed my flight. Do not trust this company. Will not stand behind their service

We had booked tickets from BC to Boston and then from Boston to Halifax back in September. We had misplaced our email confirmations and didn't know what we were going to to. I went on to your website and saw that you had a live chat option so I clicked on it. I was fortunate enough to be connected with your employee, Koby. He was awesome. He found our reservations and resent our e-tickets and confirmations all within 25 minutes. We are grateful for all his help as we were beginning to stress out over this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your site, on customer service alone. Great Job!

My flight to Rio was cancelled by American Airlines. American Airlines ensured me I would receive a full refund and provided proof that they approved a refund to be issued through the third party booking agency. I booked the ticket through bookairfare. Despite my attempts to call them for the past six months, send them documents from American Airlines proving they refund was approved, I have yet to receive a refund. It is clear their agents are reading from a script and do everything in their power to get me off the phone. I'm repeatedly told they are going to call me back the next day and I'm never hear a word. Despite the replies below, it has been a week since I posted this and no one has contacted me regarding a refund.

We used this travel agency, and will NEVER use them again !! I'm writing this also with the hopes that this might save the next person from being ripped off by this bogus agency !!

We purchased tickets from BookAirFare, fully paid for the trip, and were issued e-tickets...... then when it was time to come back home, we found out that BookAirFare had changed our return date by adding 9 days onto our vacation without saying anything to us. They Lied to us by saying the return flight was cancelled, which was NOT true. We were stuck in Asia, and were forced to purchase new return tickets at double the cost !!

Do yourself a big favor fellow travelers, and DON'T even think about booking with this bunch of scammers !!! You'll regret it !!!
