I was afraid this was going to be a scam. But it turned out to be legit. They were super easy to go through to sell my book. I liked that they sent me the shipping label for free. They paid me within 2 weeks of me mailing the book. I’ll be using them again for sure

I’ve used other companies to sell before and never had to pay a premium price for a usps box ($5 each with tax) nor has “new” been considered “missing shrink wrap”. I cant even remember the last time I bought a new book that came shrink wrapped. To put in perspective, I took a 5 week Patho class, book was nearly $100, and I received $21.64; go with another company to sell. There were NO marks on the book.(This review has been updated with further detail after the reply below).

Searching titles by code was simple, price variations were easy to understand and select from.
I got an instant offer and accepted it and then got the mailing label in my email.

I boxed up the items put on the mailing label 5 days later I get a PayPal notice for payment made in the exact amount as quoted.

I hate throwing books away and this is a great option to get a few dollars back and give them new life.

Other than the little $ you get for books, process is easy and quick.

I sent in multiple books and it the company claimed that all of the books were damaged in transit but then also said the books weren’t received. Those two claims are contradictory. I asked for a photo and proof of the damage or to be mailed back the books. I received no response.
The buyer was Textbook Maniac. From what I have read this is an ongoing issue with this company. Do not attempt to sell to them. They are liars.
Edit: As seen in their reply, they are stating two of the three books weren’t received. I had packaged all three books together and followed their instructions to a t.
Again, they are very deceitful and I do not suggest them. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I feel good about passing on books we've read to others instead of them going to a landfill and we don't always have friends that want to swap the same titles. So when we've read it and couldn't swap with someone locally we go online and send them on their way and get money to buy another new book friend.

I sent my books in on a Monday and the money was on my Venmo card by Wednesday.
