Excellent service, thank you Jane.
Cancellation due to Corona virus. Great and easy communication with Amy, fast replies. Refund without any problem. Thank you.
I have tried cancelling and requesting refund with booked.net. I haven't even received an automated response.
With both my bookings I thought I was booking direct to hotel. When I contacted hotel I was told to contact Booked.net.
I am getting nowhere and fell the whole process is very deceptive.
I booked through Trustpilot for a trip to France, and my cancellation due to coronavirus was dealt with very speedily and helpfully.
I booked accommodations in Lisbon at the no cancellation rate and when I advised them I was cancelling due to the Coronavirus via email I received a prompt replay that I can expect a refund in the next 2 to 3 business days.
This is excellent service under the circumstances we are all living and working under.
I will certainly use this service when I travel in the future.

Very responsive, helpful and flexible during these difficult times!
Very kind and prompt service in response to changes that needed to be made due to COVID 19. Thank you booked.net!
Had to cancel our reservation due to the corona-crisis. Though we didn´t book a free cancellation, Diana made it possible for us to cancel for free! Quick answers, kind service and definitely customer friendly.
The staff was very helpfull. They anserwed to my email really soon and they gave me the perfect solution to my problem.
Booked.net is a fair company. I have cancelled a fully prepaid booked journey just one day before departure due to the Corona Crisis. Upon my request Booked.net transferred back full money. My next journey after Corona I will book again by Booked.net. Such fair companies should be backed.

We booked the Fifty House Hotel,Milan in November 2019 for a four night stay, thinking we were booking directly with the hotel. When the booking was confirmed it was through Booked.net.
I contacted the hotel and they informed us that the booking was made through Booked.net, even though it was on the hotels own website page. Fifty House said that Booked.net was the supplier, much to our dismay.
We have since tried to cancel our booking as a result of the Coronavirus lockdown and Booked.net said they could not guarantee a refund but they would contact the hotel. This is peculiar as they are the booking agents. I have since received a response stating that the hotel would not reimburse the hotel costs.
So, this is a case of Booked.net saying it is the hotel decision and the hotel says it is the agents decision. Who is conning who. Strange to say the least.
A warning to anyone using Booked.net, they are not trustworthy or reliable. Be careful and do not expect any positive response to any enquiries .
We have to bite the bullet and accept that we have lost 1267 euros.
We are sorry that Milan has been badly affected by the virus, as have other places and hope that a recovery will soon be on the way. We have tried to contact Fifty House Hotel as but no response has been forthcoming.
Be careful who you book through travellers.

Sofia was really helpful. She was very friendly and calm. On top of that, I got a 100% refund for the hotel. And it only took a couple days. Great service!
Last month I booked hotel through booked.net. The booking itself went OK and I paid with my credit card, but then I asked booked.net for an invoice to be issued to my employer so I could get reimbursement. To my shock - they never responded. I sent several emails - in Polish and then in English, leaving my contact details. The emails were sent to two different mailboxes. Nobody never ever got back to me. What a terrible and disrespectful manner to treat a client after the money was taken! Now I cannot claim the reimbursement and I have a problem. If anyone from this organization is reading this post - you still have a chance to rectify the situation.
An excellent service I booked and then I decided to cancel and they helped me immediately.
I have to say that I was beyond horrified when I realised I'd booked our Bangkok accommodation through a third party & not directly with the hotel itself; I was even more horrified when I read Booked.net's negative reviews.... arghhhh. Anyway, thanks to Co-vid19, we cancelled our trip and I have to say that Amy in customer support has been a superstar dealing with our cancellations, even getting a refund on one 'non-refundable' booking! She's been fabulous to deal with.
Thank you Sofie for your swift reassurance regarding the cancelleation of our hotel booking due to COVID-19 and that our refund will be paid.
After reading some good reviews, I had trust in Booked.net. However my experience now is totally different :(. I have been waiting now for almost a week to get an answer from Customer Service (Ms Jane) about the cancellation or switching dates for Pullman Hotel Cologne due to COVID-19 Coronacrisis. We still don't know if we will loose our money or get offered a solution, although we were promised to be updated shortly.
