SCAM!
I made a hotel reservation... Right away it said the reservation could not be made and redirected me to their main page... but they charged my credit card!!

I tried chatting with support... they told me they only do flight reservations, and I had to call support....
Been on hold for 45 minutes while writing this review...

Might end up talking to bank to cut BookingBargains off from that hotel charge....

While waiting for the website confirmation of my payment, the site was thinking for more than one minute. I checked my email, no email confirmation either, so I thought it didn't go through. I tried it again, and this time I got the website confirmation right away, but also two emails with two non refundable reservations!! I immediately called and explained the situation. What did they offer me as a great favor? To take half the price of one of the reservations, more than $100! A pathetic way to make money! My bank is taking care of it now.

I made a reservation through BookingBargains.com and upon getting to the hotel there were no rooms available and BB gave me a confirmed reservation. I had to then visit another booking provider to be able to secure a room for the night in a town without many options. I called BookingBargains that night and was told to get the required cancellation of reservation from the hotel which I did and was assured that my hotel stay I purchased would be refunded.
It has been almost a month since this transaction took place and I have still not received my refund. I call their customer service number daily, have been guaranteed my refund is in process by three different company representative from Booking Bargains and still my account has not been credited. Recently I call the customer service phone number 858-256-7260 and remain on hold for over 1 hour before I just hang-up. I will never use their services again, so those of you contemplating this company, choose an alternative

I booked Shangrila-La Tokyo room today. They charged my money , didn’t send any confirmation email. It’s really ridiculous situation. They are playing now with my money and when I asked them about booking confirmation they replied that they sold my room and will refund me my money after some time. This business should be close forever. They can’t fool innocent people and take advantage.

be very careful with this booking bargains, it looks and seems like they gave you a good price and that would be the total and end of it , be careful and need to read the whole thing for extra charges that hotel would charge you extra when you get there and they would not do anything to help you and would blame it on the website . its hard to get hold of them and they will send you some where in India to answer you call and then need to explain the situation which is hard because they do not speak very good and they keep transferring you to different person or transfer your call

This is a scam site. I made a reservation easy enough...only to find that the reservation was simply ignored. I was in a strange city with my family, tired from the several hundred mile drive, with NO room. They got my money - I have no room. To make matters worse, they have been promising me a refund for exactly 3 MONTHS as of today. Constant stalling tactics, but never a refund. This was my first and absolutely LAST time to use this company and I can't believe they are allowed to continue running this scam while using a name that is SO close to an actual trusted booking service.

Nightmare! Advertised rate $97 and come change. I put ALL the info in there and it did not go through. Someone called my cell and said the room at that price was sold, all they had left was a room for $110. I said fine, but I can book it myself for $120. Twenty minutes later he's still waiting for a confirmation number. Said it wouldn't go through because of the price. Tried it again for $118. By the time I was 13 minutes away from the hotel, I just gave up and told him NO DEAL and to not charge my card for anything. Had to pay $129 as a walk-in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Scam. Booked hotel and received the confirmation email and reservation. However at the hotel no reservation had been made. After some embarrassing time, I made contact with the company helpline. I was advised this was a common problem and should book a room myself, then they would refund me. Over a month later, after contacting them several times, this still hasn't happened. I'm now claiming back via my credit card, causing more unnecessary inconvenience. Have finally got the refund through my credit card company, it's was disputed even though I had emails and the separate booking I had to make as proof. I have also only used this card once for a online purchase, now I have scam calls and online purchase attempts using my details. Avoid this company unless you want your vocation ruined.

DO NOT !! SCAM!!! they display the price with out the hidden fees, you end up paying double. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The WORST Booking center ever!!! I had to cancel my reservation, because my got really sick from chemotherapy & she has stage-4 ovarian cancer. I explained this to them & they stated that they understood & I would be refunded my money, but I’ve not received anything & they keep lying saying it’s gonna be 7-10 business days & that day has came & past. I’m gonna have to seek legal help, because these people are rude & unprofessional. They talk to you like you’re trash!!! Also you can’t understand them because they don’t speak good English!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! This is very humiliating!!
This business must be shut down & stopped!!! I believe a class action lawsuit would be the route to go.

Booking flights horror!!! You pay for the ticket and you dont’t receive it. No maney back. Dint’t buy plane tickets from them🥺

They are scammers, I book my hotel from this site and there’s no booking at all after reaching out to hotel. I have to bear allot of pain and there’s no way they contact you.

BE SURE TO READ THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE!!! I WOULD GIVE A 0 RATING IF I COULD!! THIS SITE IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY...A SCAM!! THEY SWITCHED MY BOOKING AND THEN TOOK A MONTH TO REFUND ME, KEPT LIEING AND SAYING THEY DID IT! I ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE REFUND, THEY WOULDN'T SEND ONE. BUT ONCE I SAID I WAS REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB, THEY FINALLY REFUNDED MY CC AND SENT A RECEIPT. THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE, NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! DO NOT I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING ON THIS SITE EVERRRRRR!!!!

Wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I reserved a room while in New Orleans for the 1 night I was staying there. I called the hotel about 15 minutes later to confirm my reservation for that night and ask to ask them about parking. The hotel told me they had NO ROOMS AVAILABLE and I did not have a room at their hotel. I called bookingbargains.com to have them refund my money and they asked me what hotel employee I had spoken to- well I had no idea? The rep at bookingbargains.com basically told me I was lying and they were not going to refund my money unless they could confirm the hotel was fully booked, and even then they would not issue me a refund for approx. 30 days. I told them I would dispute the charge with my credit card company. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Wasn't sure about the site, price was substantially discounted from other sites and the hotel wouldnt match the price booking bargain was offering for the exact same booking I was able to place on booking bargain. Booking bargain has a decent rep online so I gave it a try. Worked out great! seamless booking, easy check in and the hotel was legit. I was very pleased and will use in the future. Definitely recommend!

Sold us a fake booking for De Lanna, Chiangmai. Didn’t exist upon checking in at hotel. Scammed us.

DISHONESTY ALERT: They play the classic “come-on” bait-and-switch hotel room pricing game, and they play it hard. We have the receipts on this and can share them as proof. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. You can thank me later.
