3 hours to get car…..worst service ever. Rude, unhelpful and lack of any sort of service.Somewhat improved on return today. Apparently they now have staff. Just want to sell you everything and the kitchen sink. People still moaning today. Seriously……

Now to see how the service comes through in Amsterdam.
I can see as reservation amount, the whole rent for 71n days are deducted from my bank. This was a surprise because normally they reserve a part of it.
