This was not a booking of car. We thought we booked a Citroen c3 but when we got to the delivery desk, we had to buy it again and he would not Tell the price only could we pay 1200 euro in deposit and not knowing What we would end up with. I booked insurance through booking.
At pick up the car company asked me to put a deposit off 1300 EUR for internal use in Bulgaria because the insurance is with booking. This amount is outrageously high. For Bulgaria I pay usually a deposit of 200 EUR.
In order to avoid the blocking of 1300 EUR for a long time I took insurance with the car company.
I called immediately Booking. It was less than 12 h since the reservation and less than 30 min after the pick up.
They refused to return the amount of the insurance.
That is why I am not going to use their services any more.

AVOID GREENMOTION and MELI RENTAL CAR in Malta Airport. They charge money for things you haven't done. You can see a lot of bad reviews about them in their google review. And Bookingcar Europe should not provide their service or suggesting their service as people might have horrible nightmares after using their service. Always make pictures not only of outside condition but as well as inside.

Awful handing by the staff
This to report the behavior of the staff who handled and delivered the car.. I can't find the words to describe his ugly treatment, he ran out of ways to delay and make life difficult for me, just as an example he insissted to copy the three digit code from the back of my credit card; after an hour and a half of giving me hard time he delivered the car and it wasn't the same category that I booked on line.

The meanest and most unpleasant car rental company in Croatia. Never use this company. They stole 350 euros from my credit card claiming that the car was damaged. We have all the evidence (filmed during the handover of the car) that the car was in good condition and without damage when it was handed over. We are starting legal proceedings to get our money back.

A car of the reserved size class was VW T-Rock but got Volvo xc60
A car of the reserved size class was not available. I had to pay more for a bigger car. It was a cross-border rental, the car was returned to a different country than it was rented. This was not prepared for. There was also some confusion about the additional payment (I did not receive any certificate or receipt for the payment) and I am anxiously waiting to see what I have been billed for and what I will be refunded. Sure, I should have been tougher when picking up the car, but... The car itself worked flawlessly and the return went smoothly and easily. The staff was friendly and the service otherwise ok.

Be careful with the company 724RENT, they are scammers
On two continuous occasions he leased a car from the company 724 RENT through Carjet. Wanting to pay the guarantee (9000TL = 500 usd), according to them my card did not work (both times), so I had to transfer to an account and they would return the guarantee in 15 days, at the end of the contract I returned the car and rented The following, 20 days later they transferred me (5440 TL = 302 usd), 724RENT informed me that they deducted 60 Eu for washing and two tolls (110.36 Eu and another 87 Eu) ;;; (tolls in Istanbul range from 1.2 Eu to 3.6 Eu) I asked several times for proof of payment of tolls paid, but they never sent it to me and a car wash does not cost more than 150 TL (8, 5 Eu).
As I had already rented a car for the second time, they demanded a new guarantee (the first guarantee was not returned to me yet), this was 10,000TL (550 Usd), which to date they do not return anything to me, they do not answer my calls or messages .
A COMPANY OF THIEVES, BE VERY CAREFUL WITH RENTING A CAR WITH THEM.
