Booking Health is an amazing platform for those who are in need to search for the specific doctors.
Everything is straightforward and easy to follow. I am amazed and grateful to the service they offer.
My direct agent ( or I don't know the title of her) is Julia to whom I contact through whatsapp. She is extremelly fast and kind to find the solutions and answers to my problems. Since I am residing in different country, there is no gap or miscommunication issues so far with her.
These are the reasons why I would definitely recommend this platfrom to everyone who is confused to find the correct clinic, hospital or doctor abroad.

I have been in contact with Malak AlOmari and she is really great and very knowledgeable and helpful, she knows the requirements and the way to handle the treatment. I was impressed with how professional the personnel are, yet manage to remember that they are dealing with people with long-term illnesses.
The arrangements for our visit were done quickly. They sent us several level of hotels for us to choose where we'd like to stay (from a 3 star to a 5 star). As well as sending us several flight itineraries based on what we told them. As a result, our flights and our stay in Berlin were very comfortable.
Booking Health provided us with transportation between the hotel and hospital, which included car and driver, as well as translators to help us dealing with the health professionals. We also asked for a wheelchair for the time between testing and treatment, which they graciously supplied.
Any issues during our stay, Booking Health helped us through them.
You may be able to get healthcare overseas, but the people at Booking Health are excellent at making everything go smoothly. The people really make the difference.

Just recently completed my first cycle of LU-177 treatment for Prostate Cancer @ Helios Hospital under the excellent care of Dr Stefan Dresel and his team.
The experience with Booking Health has been above and beyond my expectations, a professional, reliable, and caring staff.

The Company has proved to be professional so far. Contacts with employees assigned to the case were regular, they were responsive to my messages. The interpreter was very kind and helpful, accomoaniying us to the clinic and thr pharmacy as well. She accompanied us every time we needed. The company is not cheap and the contract that we signed foresee several check ups that then the doctor excluded whe he visited my son. Stil waiting for the report and to see whether the expenses will remain the same. As for the cure, there is litle hope, kind of 26 percent of success but this is beyond this Company responibility and task.

I turned to the bookinghealth company on January 5 and didn't expect them to be able to help. After multiple operations to restore the retinal detachment, the retina became detached again. Out of desperation, I wrote to bookinghealth. They quickly responded, sent all the necessary documents to obtain a visa, scheduled an appointment with the best surgeon, and selected hotels in a convenient location. I thank managers Anastasia and Natalia for their attentive attitude and quality services provided. Translator Alena has a good understanding of medical terminology and has a lot of experience working with foreign patients. She sees all possible problems in advance and does everything to prevent them from arising.
I turned to them on January 5, and by January 24, I already had an appointment with the doctor, and on January 31, I underwent surgery. The operation went as planned. Now I am recovering.

Tanja is super helpful and quick response on all my inquiries in a very professional manner. I am sorry I can't use the services eventually but really thank you Tanja :-)

Our experience from start to finish was professional and efficient. Denis contacted me soon after I emailed my query, and had a treatment plan put together within a week. Nour, our case manager was friendly, efficient and professional. Always checking up throughout that things were running smoothly. Yusuf collected us from the airport, transport was comfortable and he too was friendly and helpful. Samuel, our very likeable translator is a fantastic communicator and relatable. He kept on top of appointments and times and had a taxi ready when it rained. A wealth of information of the town and where to find various shops or banks. He is friendly and organized. Overall, a great experience.

Proactive support in arrangement of treatment of breast cancer in Dusseldorf. We utilize their services from February 2022 for chemotherapy, Radiology and subsequent examinations in Marien hospital. Timely appointment of the doctor and change of termin if something went wrong (COVID disease) was always done in a careful and thorough way by travel managers / coordinators Maria Stern snd Natalie Korner. The proficient interpreter helped us at all times, not only in the clinic but for shopping or a travel as well. The most skilled was Mark Fedotov, in my opinion he is an expert at what he does.

I had a great experience with booking health, fast and very professional service. You always have a person who follows you during the entire “health journey”, organising, providing all the necessary information and supporting. Special thanks to Alex Beitler who translated, followed my visits and took care of me and Maria Stern for organising.

We have found information on the site of the company about the COPD treatment. Booking health contacted with us very quickly, and organised the appointment at hospital, which we selected only in 2 days. Also the Company provided very competent translator, who was very friendly and nice. Aleksey has helped us with trip to hospital, purchase of medicines, all doctor’s words to us were correctly translated. Thanks to the company and especially to Aleksey for organising transportation, and help with registration and registration at extra baggage without additional fee.
