Excellent support service: met at the airport, provided an interpreter, everything on time, no delays. Qualified doctors, who managed to get an appointment.
I did not like the organization of medical services: the clinic was not the one we had chosen, the examination was incomplete. There was no calculations for the services, only a total amount of money, a package.

Human health is a very sensitive area and companies that provide services related to human health cannot have a bad comments, so everyone who plans to work with this company should read negative comments. In my case, after writing a negative comment, the company promised to resolve the issue, but the issue has not been resolved so far, they do not answer or react to the letters sent. A reliable company should try to solve all the problems after taking the money, but not this company. This company took money for services and promised to send me doctors opinion from the University Hospital Rechts der Isar. It's been 10 months, but I still haven't received anything. When will it be sent to me?
Companies like this should be checked by the German authorities to prevent people from being cheated in the future.

I was treated via Booking Health in Germany in Frankfurt am Main. All the staff were very friendly and helped me with all my needs. My interpreter took care of me 24 hours a day and I was also offered a transfer to the clinic and hotel. I am very satisfied and can only recommend anyone to plan the treatment with Booking Health.

Afsaneh has truly made this experience easier for us, we arrived for treatment for my mothers stage 4 cancer Colon Cancer almost 3 weeks ago. We were met by Afsaneh on the first day who was available to tell us about the programme we were on in more depth, she made communication clearer between us and the doctors and was able to answer any questions we have. At present, we are nearly at the end of our journey here and we are very much hopeful for the results we want. Dr Volga has been amazing, knowledgeable, understanding and trustworthy.

A very good experience in Frankfurt with Afsaneh.She made the whole day go smoothly and helped us with everything so that the treatment was very easy and went well.Most of the medical staff spoke English very well but we needed Afsaneh to make sure we understood all the medical terms and procedures.

Just finished with my first 177LuPSMA injusion which, I believe, went well. The driver was good, but some minor difficulty do to fact he spoke little English and I do not speak German. Sinaa, my translator, was excellent. It was obvious that she had a lot of experience in this area and helped fill out the paperwork. Nour and Tanja from Booking Health were very good as well.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Houda, my personal health coordinator during my Lu 177 treatments at Helios Clinic in Berlin, and I must say I was blown away by her level of care and attention to detail. From the moment I met her, I could immediately tell that she was incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in ensuring that my experience at the clinic was as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Houda was extremely well-organized and always had everything I needed prepared and ready to go. From arranging transportation to working with the medical staff to ensure that my treatments went smoothly, she was truly an invaluable asset throughout my stay.

Of course, one of the highlights of my experience working with Houda was the delicious snacks she provided before admission. Not only were they healthy and nutritious, but they really helped to brighten up my day and make me feel cared for and appreciated.

Overall, I cannot praise Houda enough for the amazing job she did during my treatment at Helios Clinic. She is an incredible professional and an even better person, and I feel lucky to have had her support throughout my time at the clinic. Thank you, Houda, for all the amazing work you do!

Booking Health helped us in bringing my father for a second opinion in Germany. The only reason why i gave 4 and not 5 stars is due to some initial misunderstandings at the planning stage, which could've been avoided, but finally they were sorted out.

Our interpreter Afsaneh was such a lovely person. She arrived at each appointment before us, she directed us to the right places and people at every step of the way and she showed genuine concern and compassion for my husband's health and condition. She was a gem.
