Unfortunately we have had many bad experiences with Booking Health. When you are in an a very vulnerable situatuon with very serious illness you hope everything will be as smooth as possible when you pay for expensive treatment abroad.
It all started the first time at the airport where my father and sister had to wait 1,5 (!) hours before the drive came. The driver pretended there was an accident, which wasn't true. I was in contact with the travel manager many times, who said the driver should be there "right away".
After that there has been a lot of problems with communication where two of the travel managers didn't respond for many days.
The hospital also said my father could be discharged early in the morning. Booking health said we had to buy flight tickets for the evening. We had to buy very expensive flight tickets that weren't direct flight. When we than had to buy new tickets to get home 8 hours earlier with direct flight, they didn't want to pay for anything, of course.
They also said the second treatment would be much "cheaper" than the first and told an approximate price that was much lower than the price we had to pay, even though they knew the exact price for all the treatments and could have told it right away. They just wanted us to say yes to the next treatment.
And the last time the treatment couldn't be given when we came (the treatment wasn't at the hospital), we had to leave, and suddenly than ave to come back again, the same day. At first they then didn't want to drive me back to hotel after the second hospital trip becaus they are just talking about their budget. They didn't care about that my father would have been alone at the hospital, with all the explaining etc (without the interpreter, because she of course had to leave when the treatment wasn't there) and I really had to tell them someone had to take care of him. No understanding at all.

I feel they just want to earn money and the kind messages and phone calls are just to make you feel you are in good hand, but actually they just want the money.

It’s an outstanding health agency in Germany 🇩🇪.Very friendly staff who can guide patiently in everything from visa applications if your coming from abroad like myself.They patiently extended my appointments and got me the best service from airport pick up to proffesional doctor’s appointments.I had made appointment for my brother from Tanzania to Germany they helped step by step even when we needed extra last minute doctor appointments they went extra mile and booked the appointments for us .Special thank you to Tanja,Michael and Nadia for amazing support you gave towards me and my family

I recently had the most remarkable experience with Booking Health while organizing my medical program for dendritic cells in ULM under the expert care of Prof. Gansauge. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations in every way

It is very important for me to share this experience, because Trustpilot was the only source of reviews I found for this company. Even Reddit came out blank.

I accidentally contacted this company upon doing research for a doctor that was recommended to us locally, and in believing I was requesting information directly to the hospital, turned out it was a sponsored Booking Health website and they contacted me instead. They were very nice, courteous, efficient, but upon receiving their proposal for a different doctor they considered "better suited", something seemed off: specially after I asked for an initial consultation with the Dr. they recommended for the treatment (which they made look like it was wonderful and easy and uncomplicated, when in reality we are well aware of the diagnosis and how complicated the condition we're seeking treatment for really is), and, upon my insistence on the matter, was told that I would be charged $1,500 for an initial consultation that would require 2 weeks to book and that the Dr. was leaving on vacation shortly, so that those 2 weeks would be of better use receiving treatment (which I was to pay for, upfront) than waiting for a consultation that would mean that the treatment would be postponed to mid-august. I therefore decided to contact the hospital directly in order to confirm, first, this was a known, trusted provider, and second, how I could get in touch with the doctor directly even if I proceeded with BH after my clinical questions were answered, which BH couldn't answer because they're not doctors. The hospital replied immediately, and even if they informed us that they were known to them, they did not advice doing business with them mainly because costs were much much higher with this intermediary. Within 72h, I have already spoken on the phone with the Dr. 3 times, have received constant feedback from his team, have been explained the recommended course of action (which is COMPLETELY different than what BH proposed, exponentially, in time and costs), and the Hospital is already assisting with paperwork for visas and other logistics, for free. Had I moved on with BH, not only would I have paid much more, we would've gotten the surprise, upon arrival, that what was paid for was to be very different than what in reality it would be, starting with a short recommended 7 day-stay (according to BH) that in reality would have to be 3 weeks TO START in order to get some sort of treatment done. And those 3 weeks, vs. the 7 days of BH, were quoted from the hospital at half the costs of the real "starting" treatment they really proposed in order to achieve some sort of results.

When asking to my "coordinator" about the bad Trustpilot reviews, I was told that they were fake reviews from competitors trying to harm them, and that I should (and i quote) search BMW and Mercedes Benz to see that even they had bad reviews. So, to make this clear, this review is not from any competitor, this happened today, and yes, if you play with people's health, and you can have people die (and go broke) offering fake or incomplete treatment options to already delicate patients, you are a scam. Hope this serves someone, contact hospitals directly, the german are very nice and willing to help (including big famous practitioners).

UPDATE 7/9/2023: We have a FIRST appointment, we're underway with visas, we have not paid anything upfront to anyone, the hospital we chose receives payment in cash or credit directly upon arrival, everything has been explained to us in every possible detail directly by the doctor and his assistants in writing, and we are hopeful and trust what's going on. Before my contact to the hospital, the doctor had never seen, heard of or reviewed our case (contrary to what BH informed us), they had never been contacted by BH before sending a proposal to me regarding appointment availability (contrary to what BH informed us), and most importantly, the doctor is not going in any vacation in the foreseeable future. BH quoted "the treatment", which will now only be the first treatment of 4-6 (so that's 4 to 6 trips to Germany), in $22,600. Directly with the hospital, that same first (out of 4-6) will cost $7,800. Including travel expenses, accommodations and other matters, we're looking at a $45,000 full treatment (including 4-6 trips to Germany), whilst BH was charging half of that, without travel expenses of any kind, for one, which they told us would be sufficient, but clearly it won't be. This review has been verified after Trustpilot checked all the information I supplied both from BH and the Hospital, and validated my story. BH tried to take down this review, flagging it as fake. If you're reading this, treatment does exist, get it directly.

Before I contacted Booking Health, I was in extreme pain from a cervical spine disc failure.
The company Booking Health responded very quickly and arranged for a specialist hospital and Surgeon Mr B Meyer to carry out the procedure at a major Munich clinic.
The points of contact at Booking Health were excellent and I name them as Tanja Wilkie and Michael Schmidt my project manager, the next person organised by Michael Schmidt was Oksana Cook who was my interpreter and guided me through my appointments and procedures through the Hospital System. I was truly well treated by both Booking Health and the Munich Clinic.

Booking health provided a lot of relevant information, and the driver service was good, but they over charge by a lot for the medical procedures. I wouldn't use them again, I would book my medical procedures privately and save at least 50 per cent.

I sent an enquire for immunotherapy treatment. I received a call from Tanja who was well informed. We had a informative discuss. Financial i can not afford the treatment but i was pleased with the response from booking health.

My contsct with Booking Health has been very positive and all that we had agreed upon was accomplished.
I am very satisfied with the help to book my operation and the way they took care of all questions during my stay at the hospital.

Aleksey and Elena were really helpful with their professional translation. They also volunteered in providing any external help if required. Massive thanks to Aleksey for providing his service for 3 days, he is a really great conversation keeper, and overall creates an aura, making a client feel confident and safe. Also big thanks to Michel for organising everything and making this entire trip possible, always responding on time and “moving quick” in emergency situations. Overall a trip was a success!

We had a wonderful experience with Michael and booking health. Because of my own health issues, I was unable to accompany my husband to Germany for his treatment. We were concerned because John was overwhelmed and a bit foggy before leaving. We had nothing to worry about. Booking health just stepped in and took over and made sure John was completely taken care of. Great service
