Since my first contact the Bookinghealth took care of everything. I found experienced people who advised me on the best treatment for my specific situation and the entire process was streamlined and accurat so I didn't have to worry about anything, from accommodation to transport to the treatments.
I found a team of very friendly people who kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and as I didn't know Munic, the transfer man accompanied me from the beginning to the end of my stay to the airport. He was very friendly and gave some advice about what places to visit in the city and where to eat.

Three months ago, we visited the Beta Clinic Hospital in Bonn for a consultation with Professor Alger regarding my daughter's condition. Hi my name is Khalid, and i am a pilot i fell on my knee playing tennis and injured my PCL. Local doctors couldn’t offer any significant help or comfort me with enough information. I was devastated and worried about not being able to be active ever again. I started searching online for doctors and useful information, until i found Booking Health and sent them an email. Julia Meinhard, a delightful lady that called me by phone a few days later to explain to me how they can offer me help. Julia Meinhard, used to contact me every couple of days to follow up. She contacted many doctors on my behalf to review my papers and knee scan images. She collected all the information that i might need to answer any questions that i might have in mind and prepared a complete tailored treatment package to suit my needs. This is a continuation of my review from the 9th of April 2022.

I had to seek legal representation and sue Booking Health for my refund. In May 2023 the court has ordered the company to pay me a refund and I settled for monthly installments. The payments were to start in June of this year on the first day of the month (and 14th the latest) and the final payment was scheduled for December of this year. The company is disrespectful to the point that the installments were paid always on the LAST possible date (14th) or sometimes even later than that… this month I still haven’t received the installment and there’s no response from the company’s lawyer when asked and reminded about the issue/situation. My lawyer has contacted the company’s lawyer without any success. There’s nothing left to do now but to start further proceedings and third party involved since the company has ignored the court’s orders and I didn’t get the full refund back yet. They could at least have some kind of communication with my lawyer if they had any sense of wrongdoing in them… absolute lack of professionalism and respect again, but I’m not even a little bit surprised, they haven’t shown anything else since the very beginning. It’s sad because they seem to have no idea what it’s like to suffer loss of money and even more importantly personal damages associated with their failure to fulfill the contract first and now the court orders. Never use their services!

My husband contacted Booking Health to inquire about help for me to do stem cell therapy I have been diagnosed with Low Tension Glaucoma just one year ago & my condition was becoming more severe & we felt we wanted to find another therapy that might slow the progression if not prevent any further loss of my vision.
Kate at Booking Health contacted me explained the process & answered questions my husband & I had.
I was able to send my health records & the doctors accepted my case, we were able to get an appointment & scheduled the treatment. She then assigned me a guide Nour to explain any of our travel options & questions. We were then assigned our interpreter Mrs.Afsanah to stay with us through the program & process. Mrs.Afsanah is the most beautiful woman she was so kind & helpful she assisted us with questions about our meeting with the doctor, our schedules each day, any concerns we might have & a very through explanation to interpret so we would have a clear understanding of the process for the week ahead.

Dr. Gerhard Siebenhüner, who explained to us about stem cell therapy, Dr. Olin that preformed my surgery, he explained how he would remove adipose tissue to extract my stem cell & the medication that would be given to me for surgery, all of the staff that took care of me has been remarkable & so very rewarding I cannot stress enough how comfortable they all made me feel. Dr. Gerhard Siebenhüner is an excellent doctor I am so grateful for his work & his expertise, this experience has given me hope & encouragement for the future. I am hopeful for others who are looking for treatments that might benefit them concerning so many health issues.
I am extremely pleased with the process & I would highly recommend Booking Health for many reasons. They gave us the opportunity & direction to make this possible.

Just going over for my second Lutetium treatment in Germany, the arrangements made by booking health have been easy and excellent, communication has been very good and the first in hospital treatment was thorough and exceeded my expectations.
