Disorganized Service
When booking this ride, I told them my client was in a wheelchair and accommodations were needed. They said they understood, but the car came and no accommodations were done. They had to send another car, after mentioning if that one didnt work then a third one would. This made my client extremely late for his very important court appointment. I wish everything would have been organized from the start. They did nothing to ensure this problem would not happen in the future so I will not be booking with them again.

This reservation was booked as a sedan — a vehicle class that is not compatible with non-foldable wheelchairs due to trunk size limitations. At the time of booking, the only note provided was "wheelchair," with no mention of the chair type or dimensions. Had we known the wheelchair was non-foldable, an SUV or larger vehicle would have been recommended and arranged from the start.
Despite this, our team responded immediately once the incompatibility was discovered on-site. We arranged a complimentary SUV upgrade and ensured your client was transported for both transfers without abandoning the booking.
We genuinely regret the inconvenience and delay this caused. We are using this experience to improve how we collect accessibility information at the time of booking, so the right vehicle is matched from the very beginning.
We hope to have the opportunity to make this right.

My driver was Mr. Fedorov, and he was excellent. He met me at baggage claim and escorted me to the car. The car was spotless and Mr Fedorov was an excellent driver! I highly recommend this service.

Last minute flight cancellation ... late on a Wednesday evening. Took under 45 minutes to create an account, speak to a representative, secure a car and driver to load up to make a 4 hour trip arriving at destination at 3am. Critical to arrive and was very surprised when it was possible - figured I would be heading out to a car rental place and trying to make the drive myself (in pouring down rain). The car was immaculate. The driver was fresh, alert, polite. ALAALDIN aka Dennis, the driver, was excellent!!!
