Horrible customer service experience
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We reserved a car for a ride to the airport. The trip was confirmed and a driver assigned. Our reservation time passed with no communication from the driver. We contacted him, he told us his car was having issues and he couldn’t pick us up, and then blocked our number. No replacement vehicle / driver was sent. There was no indication from the driver or company that our reservation couldn’t be honored before the booking time had already passed. My issue is not just with the original driver. I understand things happen. But if there was a legitimate reason he could no longer do the trip, PROMPT communication and an alternative should have been presented. Customer service was also a huge hassle to get in touch with once we realized there was an issue. I would NEVER rely on this service again!!

I was supposed to be picked up T…
I was supposed to be picked up T baggage claim terminal B. I am in a wheelchair so that should work. Instead,. I was told to goto terminal A outside curbside for pickup which was a very long distance and inconvenience. Never use this again.
