Pro Drivers, Gorgeous Cars, and ON TIME
This was a truly perfect experience. I made my reservation last minute needing a 4:30am pickup to take my wife and me to LAX, about 45 miles. The driver showed up on time in a pristine car, he was alert (not like me) and super helpful. After our trip, he was waiting for us in the middle of the mayhem at the International terminal, he carried our luggage to the car like he was part body builder and part juggler, and then he expertly weaved through the insane traffic, getting us home safe and sound. A true superstar.

Dishonest practices. Lecturing their drivers on behalf of dishonest customers as they are the ones in control. Beware
They pay well to their drivers, but they quick to take the pay away. Didn’t work much with this company, and not planning on coming back. Punished my dispatch over a dishonest customer. Completely disgusting

The fact that you have replied to my message only makes the situation look even worse. First lie is a “repeated lateness for meet and greet” - I only have one “meet and greet” pickup assignment with your company after which I decided that I’m not really interested working for a dishonest people. The app didn’t clearly display the instructions for the inside pickup. It only took me 5 minutes to get on the phone with the customer and figure the whole situation out. I walked in and I met the customer. I had no issues whatsoever communicating with my passenger and she was happy with my driving when I was dropping her off. Somehow, the dispatch contacted me after, notifying me that they are withholding my earnings from the ride. Not only, when I refused to pay them back, they started intimidating my dispatch about closing his account. After I covered my fee - they still closed my dispatch account, and they kept him out of work. Second lie, is that my ratings are self-assessed. Meanwhile, I’m a 7 year uber driver, with well over 13300 rides accomplished, and my rating is 5 stars - not 4.4 as your company’s. I have also done many rides on different platforms and I had 0 complains. So good luck. I wish you all the best.

If I could give it a zero I would……
If I could give it a zero I would… order a Mercedes travel van and I got a broken down hummer… 25 degrees and the heater in the hummer doesn’t work… literally anytime the driver tried to apply the breaks you could hear the calipers grinding on the rotors… driver tried to overcharge me… I will never use this service

Driver called and text and was on time…
Driver called and text and was on time both at pick up and return. Since that is what I paid for I can give 3 stars. But for the cost, I would’ve expected a bit more. Open the doors, not smell like pot, etc. But the worst part was generally driving at least 10 mph over the speed limit in really crazy traffic. Now I can drive MYSELF that way, but seems like a big liability for him to do so as a hired driver. But, he got me where I needed to be, when I needed to be, and that is all I could ultimately expect.

Outstanding experience
The driver was on time, knowledgeable about where to park at the venue. Price was outstanding and they offer full refund for up to 4 hours before scheduled pick up. Will absolutely use them again!
